Wings went straight through me and gave me some gnarly diarrhea. They were good enough going down that I'd eat them again anyways.
Ordered parm fries got half cooked regular fries came back in and politely asked for well done parm fries and the manager who was a small child seemed very upset. At least they didn’t spit in my new order
Had to go place my order. The kid that answered the phone was rude so i went in person. 2nd time this happened. Sad because it used to be great service. Telling me i can't have mixed on phone. When i go in person i have no problem. Gonna find another wing place. Hate feeling like im bothering them even though i buy every week. Ill spend my money some where else. Once asked for manager and the kid hung up on me.
Wings were okay. Honestly, not my favorite and I'm not sure if I'd go back for them. The fries however, we're pretty good
I just left there about a hour ago, and I have to tell you I never had wing stop because I have always been a Buffalo Wild Wings guy, but that has ended, these wings are so good I had to stop eating before I pass out. Service was outstanding, professional, but not be able to leave a tip per the employee needs to be address.
Great selection of flavors and quality wings.The Cajun corn is really good and those fries have some crazy magic seasoning.
On Thursday, March 10th my sister placed an order on the Wingstop website for delivery. The original delivery estimate was 41-55 minutes, after a substantial amount of time she checked the tracker and it said the order had been delivered; I went out nothing was there. She contacted the restaurant, this is when the insults, mocking, and mistreatment began; she was instructed to contact DoorDash. Why she had ordered directly from Wingstop. Then they stopped answering her calls all together. Next, she used another number, the call was answered: she requested a manager, we heard the employees mocking her, then they placed her on hold and never returned. She called again from a different number, they answered; they told her they said she could have a refund, she agreed annoyed and disappointed, because we had been ordering from this establishment regularly without issue via the website for delivery. Again she was placed on hold, no one returned after five minutes, no refund had been issued as of today; March 23, nor has anyone reached out to her. In fairness, they did over the option to come pickup the order, but why, in all the time we have ordered we have ordered online, it was late, and not her fault. My sister, concluded Wingstop does not value her patronage, so she can buy wings elsewhere or not at all. For me it was the horrible customer service, the mocking, but this is the time we live in.
Food poisoning.I rarely write reviews but when I get food poisoning I feel I need to warn others. Myself and 3 friends got carryout wings. In the next few hours we were all throwing up. Not sure if they didn’t cook the wings properly or if the chef doesn’t wash their hands but either way it had been an unacceptable experience.
Food was not disappointing, but did not impress. What you instantly notice about this location is it’s filthy inside. There was a random towel on the ground, fountain pop machine looked gross, the “trash” was a small metal straw container sitting on a counter top. The more I looked around, the more I noticed, the less I wanted to eat my food. Place really needs a good deep clean, customers notice these things.
We go every week as this is my son's "cheat" treat. We pre order in the app. Very simple and just so you know (I didn't but my son let me in on this) not only can you get multiple flavors but you can get all flats or a mix of traditional or boneless. I get 10 mango habanero and my son gets 5 hot bbq and 5 reg hot.I love the Coke machine here. Tons of flavors. I get raspberry Coke and my son likes cherry Dr.Pepper. I swapped my reg fries for Voodoo fries. Cheese and a tangy season. Sloppy but good.I prepay in the app and it's ready as soon as baseball practice is done. Your previous orders are saved in the app so it's very fast and easy if nothing changes.No dining inside but in this Covid world, I don't mind.
