Ordered some of the 1921 Sliders advertised on the radio at this location. Got them home and they were raw in the middle, severely undercooked.Had to drive back to get a refund. When I placed my order the place was not even that busy. Sad that a hamburger joint can’t even cook a burger correctly. Sure glad I didn’t eat one or I would be in the ER now with food poisoning. I will not be back.
Service was good. I was in and out. No long line in the drive thru. Food was fresh and hot, which was excellent. So I enjoyed having hot food and not warm food. Everything tasted great. Definitely would come again.
Pulled into drive one car in the line cool should be nice and quick wrong ended up being there over 20 mins won’t be back.
Fast-friendly staff good food at fair price, and White Castle is quite a novelty

I don't like white castle food personally but my family loved it and the workers were extremely kind.
Till this day I've never understood why it takes every White Castle a half a hour to make a couple sliders. They're always been miserably slow at every location
Terrible service. Literally am writing this in the Drive-Thru. I've been in this line for almost a half hour and I still haven't gotten my food. The line wasn't even that busy. Will never come here again. Could have gone to burger King and been home already!! Pathetic.
Thieves didn't give me my entire order and what they did give me was undercooked, old, and cold. I'm mad these people think they deserve $16 an hour. Ghetto place.
Fast but for a reason. I'd rather go to the Pontiac white castle. That says a lot.
