Very OBVIOUSLY adding their own "tips" on your debit card. When asking for your receipt, they'll hand you the food order receipt, not your credit/debit card receipt. My "receipt" $6.82. Bank statement transaction $8.82. Watch out for this trick.
Ordered a party sub last week for our Christmas party yesterday, Sunday December 26. Order was complete and on time when I went to pick it up. Had many compliments on the quality and freshness of the sub and I agree it was one of the best party subs I have had. Would like to thank the young lady who took my order last week and was there yesterday when I picked it up (don't recall her name) and the staff who prepared it. Thank you again.
Price keeps going up every 2 months, now over 33% compared to the summer, and the sandwiches are the some how worse

Called at 7:20pm to place an order for pick up and was told that they do not accept call in orders after 7:30- I had 10 minutes and it would've only taken me 2 minutes to place an order for 2 subs! Absurd . And if this is the case you might want to update your website!
