If you want a perfect example of bad customer service, then this is where you want to go! The woman who took my order gave me an attitude, & the man pretty much threw my order at me through the window. But I will be coming here again since they open ON TIME.
Review on Tim Hortons 23 mile Shelby Twp. Location starting to go downhill. There getting rude towards customers.
On 02/26/22 around 5pm I went through the drive thru and the girl working was extremely rude. I will not be coming to this location again.
This Tim Hortons has extremely rude and lazy employees. Every time I go here the person at the window act like they have somewhere better to be. I ordered one donut and one coffee and where are the sprinkles? And my coffee tastes burnt.
If you want to see how a business should not be run go to this place. No one greets you, not even at the window. Incredible rude employees. Even if you are the only car at drive thru it takes them a good 5 minutes for a coffee. The owner should do something about it.
I never know what I'm getting when I come here. I pay 5 dollars for a mocha cold brew and it's usually not made correctly. The mocha wont be in it, the sweet cream is either missing completely or substituted with whipped cream (which doesnt mix well in coffee. Its lumpy and doesn't sweeten the drink) 5 dollars is a lot of money to pay for something that's wrong on a regular basis. I havent been back in the last couple weeks until today. Today, my mocha cold brew is bitter with no mocha and whipped cream instead of sweet cream. ?
Only tim hortons you can get anything fresh at, they do an awesome job compared to surrounding areas.
The worker was very rude taking my order thru the drive thru. Took my money and gave me my change and just walked away from the window no your welcome after I said thank you or have a great day. She forgot to give me my wrap i ordered. I didn’t realize I didn’t receive it until I got back home. By that time I didn’t have time to go back
Need a morning pick me up?? Stop at Tim Hortons ur taste buds will thank you later. Their coffee.... oh wait I don't drink their coffee but their ice caps man a d all the flavors they have just get one. I usually get the mocha ice cap and a bagel sandwich or even just a plain Ole bagel. My son loves their donut hole bites called timbits. Just go experience it for urself.
