I am late making this review this incident happened on April 28, 2022, and I am sadden to have to make the review as I patronize Tim Horton's in different areas and have always had great service. The customer service was good, the problem I experienced was with my order. I order a bacon sandwich on a muffin. I requested a sandwich with no egg, I repeated the request twice because the order taker seemed not to understand NO EGG. As you can see in the photo I received a sandwich with egg, under cooked bacon which I ended up throwing away the entire sandwich, because I got ill looking at it. Thank goodness I am not allergic to eggs.
Yesterday, I pre-ordered 2 ‘Take-12’ boxes of brewed coffee for pick-up this morning at 7am. When I arrived, I was told that they never received any message of my order. There was a worker there by the name of Sana…she was incredibly nice told me not to worry that she’d prepare them but it would be 15+ minutes. Her kindness should be noted above all else here…because the manager at the time was just plain rude and not willing to accept that I had placed an order. She kept telling me how she had never gotten the message and would have blown me off entirely had it not been for her way cool employee, Sana, helping me out. I stood in the store for about 15 minutes while Sana prepared my order. During this time, I overheard how rude the manager was being to her employees…so I don’t take her lack of professionalism towards me personal, but what I overheard was enough for me to never go back to that location again.
Definitely one of the places I'll miss the most from my trip to Michigan. I even got two bags of coffee grounds to take back home to Chicago!My girlfriend recommended getting the ice caps. My first visit was the 19th of March, and ironically, getting coffee here broke the ice (ha-ha). I fell in love with the strong presence of hazelnut and earthy goodness of the coffee. Be careful when drinking these! I kept getting a brain freeze because I couldn't help myself. I had to keep drinking it. I couldn't stop drinking it. We got one almost every day of my trip, and we even got Timbits for a drive to Frankenmuth.I can't wait to come back here. I seriously love the ice caps.
The current staff is just completely unprofessional and lives in a Fortnite world. I ordered hot caramel macchiato, when I pulled up by the window they gave me macchiato with ice. I told that kid that I ordered a hot one and after waiting for 5 min at the window, another kid showed up and he handed me ice cold macchiato again.I asked them to call the supervisor and this person was no better than the Fortnite characters that work there. Replace/train your staff or you go out of business.
I waited patiently in line for a hot cocoa and a donut. When I pulled away and got home my cup was half full and the donut was hard. So, I attempted to call but reached a voicemail that was full and asked me to hang up. How can they assist a customer if you can't report a problem. I'm not the type who normally complains but this is horrible.
Today Dec. 30, 2021 at 4:29pm. Usually the coffee is decent here but I've had several issues with this location. They often try to give me reg coffee when I ask 3 times that it's decaf. I have a heart condition and can't have the caffeine. Even when they hand me the coffee I ask if it's decaf. So today I decided to try their new biebs timbits. They look nothing as advertised. I mentioned this to young lady at the window. She had long dirty blonde hair. As I'm telling her the issue she shut the window and walked away while I was still talking. Beyond rude. Terrible customer service. I will definitely go out of my to give my business to other tim Hortons from now on.
One of the things I missed most living in New York / New Jersey was Tim Hortons! Very glad to be back in Michigan, I really missed my double double with a shot of espresso.Four stars only because the lobby at the Sterling Heights locations is not open, drive through only. However the lobby in Fenton is open, not sure about Hartland.
Service was fast but the were barely toasted. I would prefer to wait a few minutes and have it done correctly.
If you order a EXTRA LARGE coffee or HOT CHOCOLATE they only fill it half way and ask them to fill them up I'm told the machine only fills the cup half full and they can't fill them because the machine won't allow them to.I will NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN ITS A WASTE OF MONEY.
Went through drive thru ordered a XL hot chocolate when the man handed it to me I took the lid off and it was half full I asked if he could fill the cup the rest of the way up I was told that the machine is automatic and it will overflow the cup if he try to put more in it I asked you can't hit the button again to stop it he said it is automatic it only does large it don't do XL so Why is XL on the menu. his reply was I have no clue
