I suspect lots of staffing issues as of recently. Forget this place early in the morning from 5am - 6:30am. Place is a ghost town around these times with no soul in sight. About 3 or 4 times now I’ve been caught in the drive through trap. Nothing like multiple cars waiting for coffee only to find out the place is locked up like Fort Knox. What’s going on?!?!
VERY SLOOOOOOOW. No one in line but us. I ordered an ICED latte. Drove up and no one came to the window for a few minutes. Then one of the drinks leaked all over my shirt ( gross), because the lid wasn't on properly and the ice latte was hot... response: oh my bad. Yes. Your bad times three... be aware this Tim's isn't very good.
If I had an opportunity to rank it negative 5 stars I would. I go to this Tim Hortons every Sunday before church. My son loves the wraps and my wife says it's the best coffee. But what happened today has my family and I never going to that one ever again. I was ordering food and before I was done ordering they totalled my order. When I told them I wasn't done ordering I received a rude reply of well keep going then!! No I'm sorry just rudeness. So when I called the store to complain which I rarely do, it was the same person who answered the phone. I asked for the manager and they said they were. When I explained how upset I was I got silence then an I'm sorry and more silence. I repeated my upsetness because I was thinking if this "was" the manager he would be more sympathetic. But all I got next was oh maybe they thought you were done because you were quiet(Trying to defend them!!!)... they never asked me If my order was complete or of I wanted anything else. Terrible customer service and didn't care they were rude. If that really was the manager and they were rude the store owner is going to have a big problem on their hands. My family and I will never go to that Tim Hortons on 23 mile in front of the Walmart in Shelby Township ever again
the location on 23 mi rd in Shelby twsp is terrible. I went inside (the line of cars was too long) . I was the only one inside. waited 5 minutes and asked if they were taking orders and was told to wait, they were very busy! I waited 5 more minutes and went to Wendy's.. their egg and cheese was great and only $1 with free coffee for seniors. I won't be back to that Tim's.. all of you Tim's customers should try Wendy's
Rudest location I’ve ever been to! Iced cappuccino is never consistent. Hardly any flavoring in it. Never a please or thank you. Work on your guest service! I threw this iced cappuccino out the window. Do not come here. The one on Hall Road is MUCH better. To the owner - I suggest taking a look at this feedback and reviews. My cat could do a better job running this place.
Rude customer service and poor quality service …. They messed my order and when I corrected them they argued to tell me what I ordered but agreed to fix the order abs instead gave me old stail donuts… hard and dry. Their service is slow as it is.. My daughter was very disappointed to get those horrible donuts.
HORRIBLE!!! WILL NEVER GO TO THIS LOCATION AGAIN! Had to repeat my order 3 times...I asked for a dozen donuts. Started my order and they once again told me they had NONE of the kind I wanted! I cancelled the donuts and pulled ahead for my coffee and told the person I cannot understand why they never have the donuts advertised on the board...he offered me a job application and told me I could make the donuts...needless to say I left immediately never to return!
The lady that works in the morning is extremely rude. I always treat workers with kindness and respect but it's absolutely not reciprocated. I ask for add-ons to my drinks and get charged for them but they never add them.
The worst. Just went through the drive up one hour before they closed. I ordered coffees and some bagels. I was told they were out of food. I pulled up to the window and could see donuts and bagels. I asked if I could purchase the bagels I could see and he said no. I asked if there was a reason and he wouldn’t answer. I asked again, and he looked at me, closed and locked the window. This is with one hour left on their shift!!
A smile and a hello or good morning would help this location been here a few times. Always the same. Only reason I come is it’s convenient. And FYI hello Tim Horton the sandwiches need some sauces on them. Yes use this idea and I’ll be expecting my huge check in the mail. And all your customers will be thanking me later. Yes 1/2 star on service and flavor currently
