If you want to pay more than other Tim hortons in the area this is your place! I order the same thing every time and it's never good here. I will no longer go here. I will save the $2 on my iced coffee and drive half a mile out the way.
Sad when you buy a sandwich for your son once you get home open it looks like half of it is gone when we pay full price, everytime I say it’s ok, but enough is enough.. the other day looks like someone bit a piece off of it… and when you order a large or a medium coffee, as always quarter of a cup is missing..
Like I said before, the 15/Ryan location Ster Hts has the worst staff ever, rude, obnoxious, unhelpful and mean. I would go out of my way by 10 miles just to go somewhere else. Corp office not much help resolving my prob either
Half the time they're open, they're not serving food. Twice now I wasted all my time in line only to get to the speaker to find out. Never again. There's a McDonald's across the street.
Why charge an additional dollar for a 10 pack of tim bits when every other location has the same price. That to me is being dishonest with your customers.
Got charged $22 for 6 donuts and an ice cap. I asked the lady at the drive thru how much the 6 donuts were and I was told $17. Not sure how that happened when an identical order on the app is half of that price.
While everything was good (the donuts/bits were the best part to me) it didn't quite live up to the hype. A solid breakfast/lunch joint.
I went through the drive thru at 6 AM this morning and I witnessed the employee handling my food with no gloves on. I seen her take the bagel out of the toaster and into the bag with her bare hands. Needless to say, I didnt consume the bagel. Please have your employees wear gloves when handling food.
The hours really need to be updated, I feel like everytime I go here around 2-4PM theyre completely closed ?? This has happened probably 5 different times now
Love the drinks and the staff is always friendly.
