I had JUST got off work a little after midnight- had driven 20 Minutes to order a couple tacos- made SURE This location was open (OPEN TIL 1AM ONLINE) I Pull up about 1240a..planning to keep order short and sweet as I HAVE BEEN THE CLOSER BEFORE and I'm sure the employes were ready for shift to end - but only to find out they closed early!Really REALLY bummed- and still really hungry. With Ludacris gas prices as is- driving my truck is all the more a huge inconvenience and incredibly taxing on my wallet.
I LOVE this Taco Bell!! They are always open when I need them to be. The employees at this Taco Bell are truly the kindest I have encountered at a fast food restaurant. They are always so friendly & accommodating! I would go out of my way to go to this specific Taco Bell location. Definitely an exquisite 5 star location.
The food is good but it's been a couple of times that they don't give me everything that I order they charge me for it but they ended up only giving me a couple of things tonight everything
The workers here won't greet you when you walk in, they're very rude and do not care about making your food right. Then after you politely explain to them that your food was made wrong, they'll cop an attitude and act like you're a huge inconvenience and drop it on the counter in front of you without so much as a simple "sorry about that." Definitely some of the worst customer service I've seen in a long time.
Keep in mind if you order on the app and they're out of ingredients for the item you were "craving" (like, say, black beans for a Black Bean Chalupa), they will not credit you since you already paid and you have to select something else of "equal value". So I selected a Nachos Bell Grande to the response of "Oh, I guess we can do that". "Guess"? Like they're doing YOU a favor. This "rule" I was not aware of until now so if you're "craving" something from TB and they don't have it....you'll just have to make do with what ya get I "guess". Really I'm not that particular, especially at fast food places, but this is ludicrous.I thought I selected the location a bit further south on Van Dyke on the app but obviously made a mistake. Night/day experience. This girl spoke English but I could not understand a word she was saying....at the window....not the speaker. The parents and schools are failing you all miserably.Depending on your location, try the one on 26 Mile in Macomb. Always great service, friendly workers, never had a problem there....like the one on Van Dyke near Romeo too. I can't understand how these places can be so inconsistent in the same market area.
It's fast food. It can be hit or miss. This location has made some mistakes on my orders but generally they're pretty good.
Had to pick up Cinco de Mayo dinner for the family after my daughter's late baseball practice. The drive thru line wasn't too long and it was close to home. The 12 pack of tacos and a couple Nacho Bell Grande was the right amount of food for the family for a quick spur of the moment Cinco de Mayo late dinner.
Staff must have little to no care about food appearance or what was actually ordered, did not receive the items I paid extra for. Food portions are considerably bad to say the least. Items looked as if they were tossed carelessly into one bag and rushed out the window. Would not recommend this location
The building is unique and cool but the food is never made good and I've been to this location a few times now. I will go out of my way to another location for better made food. It takes way too long in the drive-thru.
Understaffed and they prioritize the drive through over everything, so I've been waiting 25 minutes for three tacos because I made the mistake of ordering inside. Cars getting their food now pulled in well after I ordered.
