We've went inside to order take out because I needed to look over the menu a bit more. While we weren't greeted when we entered and nobody came to the counter, they did have these self-serve machines. They were very clear and easy to use and had clear photos of everything so we knew what all the menu items were. It was easy to make our order which came out accurately and swiftly. When we were handed our order, the staff member was very friendly. The location was also very clean. There was no trash anywhere, no sticky spots, no food left out, even the soda machine was very clean. This was my first time visiting this particular Taco Bell and I have to say I was definitely impressed, although it would be nice to be greeded and asked if anybody needs any help as not everybody is familiar with the menu or the self-service menus to give them that choice if they have any questions.
If you have a disability, don’t go to this location. I have MS. I use the drive through to pick up DoorDash orders. This is the ELEVENTH time they told me to come into the dining room to pick up my order. I told the kid, yes KID, on the drive through I have MS and am having trouble standing 4 times. She insisted it’s “company policy to pick up orders in the dining room.” I told her it is ILLEGAL to deny reasonable accommodation under federal law, and I would report her. When I got to the window I asked for a manager. The manager yelled at me and said “you’re going about this all wrong! You made her cry!” I told her I told the kid “I have a disability 4 times.” She wanted to argue, so I put my hand out. She put the order in my hand hard, and I left. ELEVEN times I put up with kids not knowing the law. This time the manager went too far! I filed a complaint with corporate. Corporate said “this is not Taco Bell’s philosophy, please know we will fix this situation through the regional manager. It is not unreasonable for you to use the drive through.” I hope the district manager does fix this. The manager and child need extra training, and the child needs to speak like an adult, not cry when she makes a mistake.
Order was correct, yet I did not enjoy it. My son keeps boasting about breakfast,..l I definitely make better at home!...
This place was SLAMMED at 1 am. Line was wrapped around the building, but it moved pretty quickly. Everything was made just as I ordered, and I didn't sense one bit of attitude from any employee, which is more than I can say for my local taco bell. A+ for this location
I always get four Crunchy Taco Supremes with mild sauce, a 12 Pack of Cinnabon Delights and a large Pepsi here, YUM! Sometimes I add one of their Freezes, like they have a tasty Wild Cherry Freeze and a Cherry Sunrise Freeze. They are often Open from 7 AM - 3 AM so I love their hours and they always have the orders ready immediately with a speedy, friendly service at the 23 Mile Rd. location just east of Schoenherr.
5 layer burrito was cold to where the cheese wasn't even melted. But it's a 5 layer burrito so it was still pretty yummy
Gotta love some Taco Bell for lunch once in a while. Usually good stuff but not impressed with this new crunchy chicken thing. Picture looked good but in person, not so much. Guess I'll stick with the classics.
Awesomeness is this place is open till 3:30am on weekends!!!
I love taco bell but there exchange rat is very low. Im American. In costa rica heredia they gave me back 575 colons =$1 dollar while the exchange rate 640 colons to ever u.s dollar.. love the food but that was a little shady
I don’t even look forward to Taco Bell anymore. My wife gets it and I just can never figure out what I want. I’m 41 years old and up until recently I loved Taco Bell! Now I just feel very betrayed by the company. I spend decades refining my palate on items like the chili cheese burrito, taco salad, Mexican pizzas, tostados, etc. Now they take away every menu item that’s ever caused me to crave Taco Bell. They obviously never appreciated me as a customer or anyone else that feels the same way. So screw you Taco Bell, you better pray the millennials keep you in business because I’m done.
