I always get the worst customer service here. No greeting and no acknowledgement when I’m standing there. It feels like I’m bothering them to be in there, do better.Edit: the last 3 reviews are about staff complaints. My experience was also based on during the pandemic no one on the staff was wearing masks. I came back thinking things would have changed.
Love the chocolate croissants there and the breakfast items. Coffee is also good and it’s a nice, quiet and clean place
The coziest and most friendly coffee & tea shop in Shelby Township. They have the most delicious tiramisu and variety of other sweets. Definitely recommend! ?
Crème Caramel is absolutely delicious! This morning was my first time in and I’m so happy I went. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing and such a convenient location!
Absolutely love this location! Always clean and peaceful. Drinks are great and staff is super quick!!! WiFi is strong and they have plenty of seating.

This Tea, Coffee, and Pastry Shop is a great place to get a coffee or tea and pastry. The staff here have always been very friendly and helpful.I wanted to purchase a scone with cream and jam, as Queen Elizabeth II would have it. Although they had a variety of scones, they did not come with cream or jam and offer butter instead.It was a hot summer day both times I visited. I tried the Rooibos "Red Bush" Tea and the Pomegranate with Pink Rose Petals and they were both delicious and refreshing.The macrons are also a delicious addition to any drink.
It was really nice inside, and the employees were nice. 3 stars just cause we werent feeling the vibe. Its felt like more of a work space than a comfy place.. Sorry if that at doesnt make sense.?And our drinks weren't very good. ?
Wife and I stopped in first time today and it's already our favorite coffee place! The tiramisu is great and so is the coffee. Wife's coffee needed more condensed milk to balance it out but the girl added more and it was PERFECT! Good service, great coffee and dessert. WAY better than a Starbucks or Biggby! Try this place and keep them in business. We like it!
