Do not bother with curbside pickup. Manager will not bring you sandwich. You end up having to grab it off the rack regardless if customers in store or not. You are last to be served. I tried curb side twice, won't bother again. Store is disorganized and not enough workers. Will start using store up on 26 Mile.Omg, just read the cochroach review 3 weeks ago.. Call health dept. There are three restaurants on that side of strip mall too.
I would rate zero but thats not a choice. So I was standing in line a few days ago ish getting some food and I couldn't help but to notice the sticky traps on the counter between the bread oven and their toaster which toasts our food. Then as I was looking I seen something scurry across the counter. Yup you guessed it. This subway has live cockroaches.there bread is always stale and hard. I've been to this location many times and every time it's been nothing short of bad service. I firmly suggest NOT eating here unless you want cockroaches, stale bread and wilty frozen vegetables. Best believe the health department has been called. This establishment needs closed down til the pest problem and better customer service is met. Whoever owns this establishment you should be ashamed of the business and service your giving to the community.
Usually don't do reviews, and I'm not doing this to vent, but to warn others. Do not come here. Was the only person in line and it still took forever. Asked the guy for Italian herb and cheese and he gave me white. Lettuce was brown. Dude couldn't keep his thoughts straight. Would be understandable if the place was busy, but I was the only one there. Then I realized he wasn't wearing gloves. Handed me the bag, I go to fill up my drink and he coughs all over the place. I just got over being sick at a time I can't afford to be sick and so help me god if I get sick again I'll be livid. Threw the sandwich out. Not even walking back in that place
4/16/2022 bought 3 subs all steaks and cheese none of them were fresh meat bread to the veggies even putting your favorite sauce at subway was bad at this location needs to be closed down the guy running the place was on the phone while making food highly highly highly recommended not going to this SUBWAY ever ever ever very bad run subway SHAME
Employee rings up the people in front of me. Turns his back to me and starts texting. I continued to wait, just ended up walking out. Didn't seem the bother the employee.
By far the worst subway I have been to in my life. Veggies look old and food looks outdated. I have been here about three times and each time it gets worse. Understaffed and non sanitary. Just not a place I would recommend to others. ALWAYS OUT OF THINGS. Fountain Machine was broken. Only nice things was the staff but other than that find another subway.

This is twice now I have come to this subway, and after waiting 15 minutes for assistance was told that both Flatbread and chicken was frozen. Will not be returning again
It's the best subway but they need to clean there bathrooms
