My husband and I went to this Starbucks before going on a trip! It was the best experience I've had at Starbucks! Sean was so kind and lively-wonderful customer interaction! Great job Sean!
I don’t know how you mess up black coffee, but they did it. Completely overfilled a cup which is all over my lap and car. Lid couldn’t even hold the coffee. Completely irresponsible for a drive thru with no ability to check what you’re taking. As soon as they handed it over I’m burnt and my seat is destroyed.
This location is trash. They’re literally never open when they say they’re going to be they close in the middle of the day for no reason. And they hardly ever get the drinks right. Whoever is in charge of the specific location really needs to update Their hours on google more often. Because every time I’ve gone there the last year they aren’t open and a lot of times it’s in the middle of the day. 0/5 if I could

Went inside yesterday the counter girl said “stoppers” are for mobile customers when I asked for one. Are you kidding? A stopper? And she acted as if she didn’t want my tip.. I won’t tip at this location anymore, clearly a lack of training and management…
I asked for a large they gave me a medium. When I told the drive through person working today he goes back puts my medium drink with very little ice in it in a large cup full of ice and I paid for an extra shot of espresso which wasn’t including. What horrible service and quality

Waited in line for 20 minutes on a Saturday just to be told “we closed 3 minutes ago” when I got to the front. Why could they not have sent a worker out to clear the line instead of making everyone wait anyway ? I will not be coming back here. Bigsby coffee it is!
