Friendly staff. Always clean inside. They never mess up my order.

Honestly don’t even waste your time at this Starbucks. The workers are all slow and cannot get an order right for the life of them and aside from that, can not get the line moving. The inside isn’t even that busy today, but I’ve been in the drive through line for 45 minutes now. By the time someone orders and gets to the window, their drink should be ready. This is absolutely ridiculous. Save your time and go to a different Starbucks.

Don’t waste your time mobile ordering here bc they will fill walk in cafe orders before mobiles and the short blonde girl will be rude AF and tell you to go to the register and get a refund instead of jumping in to help fill orders. Disappointed in the one person do it all while everyone else stands and watches work environment they promote

So far they been good, always greeted with a smile my custom drinks are always made perfect and the food seems to always be fresh

Just go to a different one if you can help it. You’ll understand after your first visit….that is if the inside is ever open. And once you get in you’ll have plenty of staff working on outside and mobile orders but no one to help take the orders for the people who decided to walk in and grab there drink. I swear this is not just a 1 time experience for me. I’ve been really patient and have tried to give the benefit of the doubt because of everything going on, however, it’s just poorly operated.

Waited in drive thru line today 30 mins. About 8 cars in front of me. Finally found out from neighboring business owner that they are closed -- on a FRIDAY really??? No closed sign on drive thru menu or pickup window. Terrible!! They had many upset customers waiting in their drive thru

Service is slow the worker's are more Interested in talking to each other then making drink's. They have no order they just randomly make drinks I guess whatever is easy gets made first. I waited 30 minutes for a Caramel frappuccino and a dragon fruit tea. People ordered after me got there drink's first. They didn't take your name like other locations do. So all the drink's piled up on the counter and it was a guessing game. Worst location I have ever visited I will not return. Need order and training of the employees!

Always had a good experience at this location minus the long waits in the drive thru at times but today was ridiculous. I waited almost an hour in the drive thru line only to get served a $6 venti glass of milk with ice which was supposed to be a brown sugar oatmeal shaken expresso. I have never complained about any drink I have gotten at any Starbucks but I was sitting at the window because my drink wasn't ready and watched the girl literally fill an almost completely empty glass of ice with oatmilk, put on the lid and hand it to me. I asked are you sure that's mine and she said yes and acted like nothing was wrong. Worst customer service ever.

Good batistas/Baristos? With great additudes. ??

Terrible drive-thru service I've never waited as long as I have here. I pulled in at 10:30 didn't make it out until 11:08
