Waited at one of the drive up order spaces for over 20 minutes before leaving without even ordering. When I pressed the button, I got told they'd be with me in just a minute. Watched customers who got there 10 minutes after me leaving the drive through before I finally left with the notice saying the red button had been pressed and they'd be with me soon still on the screen.

I've never waited so long in a drive through in my ENTIRE life... especially when there was only one car ahead of me! I sat behind said car for a good 10-15 minutes while they waited at the drive through speaker to order, then when I finally made it up there to order, at LEAST 10 minutes to even be greeted! I can't reiterate enough how for only TWO cars in the whole drive through, how incredibly long it was taking... it just didn't add up! I was actually introducing my boyfriend to Sonic as he lives out of the country and after we left he said "I don't care how good the food is... never again". How embarrassing!

Idk what fat funky heffa kept hanging the phone up but I’ll be there to see her. It was an family emergency and I was trying to alert someone I knew who worked there about it. Do NOT COME HERE. Workers are very RUDE

Workers are so rude. Waited a HALF AN HOUR in a stall for 2 slushes through the mobile app ordering. Watched the whole line of cars go through the drive through and still nobody came to me. Got out of the stall and went through the drive through and the lady was EXTREMELY rude. No apologize or anything. It should not take over a half an hour to make 2 slushes and walk them to a car. NEVER coming here again.

Food is OK. Dont order on the app if you are expecting them to bring it to your car as the app states. Severely under staffed a lot of the time.

I only come here for slushes & have been ordering on the app. Like another review stated, I've had about 3 times when they haven't come out to my car after checking in at a stall. The latest, I was in a stall directly across from the drive-thru & sat for 10mins even after no cars were in the drive-thru. Other times, I've seen other cars have items delivered to the stall & my slush is brought out to me at the stall. It seems like the workers are just doing what they want, but either way they're not on 1 accord. & it seems to be 1 guy that actually brings the items out & 1 girl I encounter that says they don't do that (yet). Also, this location doesn't update their hours. They're often open until 10pm. And I was told by 1 girl that she "thinks" they're open til 11pm on the weekend. I guess they're trying to be secretive about it? The sad part is I love their slushes & this is the closest location to me. Hopefully something changes soon

I was picking up food for someone else so I can't comment on how it tasted, but my friend was very satisfied with the her meal.

The young man, who hands out your food, at the drive- thru window was extremely polite. Food was delicious!

Whenever I place a mobile order and select my stall number when I arrive, no one ever comes out and brings it to my car. Workers are also very rude and unprofessional. What’s the point of mobile order if you’re going to make your customers still wait in the long line, when you placed a mobile order so you could avoid that? One too many bad experiences…I have stopped coming here unfortunately

We used Doordash for a delivery today and the food came in excellent shape; coneys were made well, and the cheeseburger was probably the best I've ever had from Sonic and was far superior to other fast food places. We stop by once in awhile during Happy Hour when we're out but having them delivered is a plus!
