the location on hall rd clinton twp needsto close. waited an hour for our order because of pure laziness, and lack of hustle. sunday night crew should be fired . and the food isnt worth the wait. its just another chik fil a! not that great !
Mark and Shelby were phenomenal throughout the ordering process. We ordered sliders, tenders, and fries for 90 people and they NAILED IT! Everything was correct, nothing was missing. It was all hot, fresh, and delicious. I highly recommend Savvy for your next catering experience. I couldn't say enough positive things.
Poor service at Chesterfield location last night. Waited way too long (they forgot my order??). No apology. Overpriced. Was better when first opened.
Terrible service. Easter Sunday 2:40pm people are inside eating, another customer at the cash register, NO EASTER HOURS SIGN, and NO WE’RE CLOSED SIGN, but after my wife, my kids and I wait for a few minutes, the cashier decides to tellus they’re closed. I’m like ”what?” You’d think the LEAST they would do at that point is serve me a take out and then LOCK THE DOOR. POOR MGMT POOR SERVICE. you don’t see anywhere on that photo about closing at 230!
This was my first visit and I must say, I enjoyed it! I wasn't entirely sure what to expect, but I heard good things. I really like crunchy fries and these didn't disappoint! Nice and crunchy with a good amount of fries to boot. I enjoyed the ranch as well. I got the savvy slider original and it kinda reminds me of a white castle slider only way better. Patty with grilled onions, pickle, mayo and ketchup. I ordered mine with mustard and it was really good. I ordered ahead and came in to pick-up and it was ready when I got there which was nice. I'll definitely be giving it another go and trying the other items on the menu!
They stopped offering cups for water, along with missing basic dine-in amenities like salt and forks, it feels like money-grubbing decisions that makes me hesitate to come again. But sliders were good, and the place was active and busy.
Was sadly disappointed overall. I really wanted this place to be good but to many problems to let "slide". Placed an online order which said 15 min and ended up being 50 minutes to completion. They are clearly understaffed as everyone waiting was complaining and several said this was common at this location. Upon receiving our order I asked "is everything there ", and was reassured it was all correct, big mistake! We were missing 2 items and most of the burgers were incorrectly prepared. The hamburgers were hard and tough and the Greek kabob resembled peppered shoe leather. The chicken was unfortunately quite greasy as well. I would avoid this location as they seemed to be experiencing some quality and staffing issues. Save your money and eat elsewhere.
So this place is the coolest! Love the young lady who works at the front counter deserves a raise! She's not only taking take out deliveries and putting them together in bags for people. She's also seeing and waiting on people who eat inside the restaurant.. which wasn't very busy due to the fact that most people just get delivery. Which is a shame because it's a really cool place
Sunday around 5pm we walked in for carryout and ordered a homestyle "famous"? fried chicken box & a savvy big signature box. The girl at the register seemed like she didn't want to be there at all.The chicken sandwich tasted like fish and was so stringy it was kinda difficult to bite through which resulted in the sandwich just becoming a mess due to having to tear it apart with your teeth. Famously garbage. 2 out of 10The burgers weren't much better. Very little savvy sauce/onions and far too much of those little bits of connective tissue and bone fragments. 3 out of 10Fries were fine, but nothing special since they only gave us the house seasoning on both when we asked for lemon pepper with one of the boxes. 4 out of 10What the hell are they charging so much money for...and they can't even include a drink?? EXTREMELY OVER PRICED! Save yourself some time, money and regret, and go ANYWHERE else. Highly recommend 5 Guys or even McDonald's over this place!
On February 26th my wife and I ordered the cod sandwich box and it was amazing! The fish flavor was mild and the Savvy Sauce, with the crunch of the lettuce and tomatoes provided the right amount of flavor to the fish. My wife got the Cinnamon Puffs and hopes that it is a permanent menu item. The gooey cinnamon mixture inside provides the sweetness without the mess. We didn't eat the meal inside, but the cleanliness of the restaurant indicates the level of management desire to make their restaurant a place where people will want to eat there. The staff were naturally friendly. That is to say that there wasn't any pretense of professional curtesy. Maybe I am a bit biased, but the welcoming message on the dry erase board, made me think that this restaurant wants me to come and enjoy their food and not just my money.
