We had a great! time at Romero’s. Birthday party of 20 hungry guys. The place was super cool, our table was ready with chips and salsa all ready to enjoy before our dinner. The margaritas were amazing!!! ….and they kept coming. ? the food was delicious and our server was very attentive / great service. Everyone had a blast! Definitely we’ll be back.A special thanks to Jessica who made the birthday cake…..amazing!
Amazing food! Service was great and very attentive.Had lunch with my two toddlers and getting them to sit still is almost impossible, at one point the kids started to run around. The owner came out and instead of getting upset about the kids running around he put on Mexican hats on them and the kids loved it. I had the chicken tamales and they were delicious the kids enjoyed them all so. I would highly recommend you to try it out.
Went to Romeros for dinner and it was excellent. Frank our server was attentive and friendly. The food was fresh and exactly how we ordered. Definitely will be back.

I stopped here on a whim for a carry-out dinner on a Friday evening, and I was so impressed with everything about this place! I was greeted as soon as I came in. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful, even offering me a water while I waited for my order. I ordered the cod tacos for my husband (he always likes to try fish tacos wherever we go) and he loved them. I asked him if they were as good as his favorite ones so far that he had several years ago in Florida and he said they were every bit as good. I ordered the grilled chicken bowl with a side of street corn for myself, and it was amazing!! I'm usually leary of ordering street corn because it's always mushy, but this was soooo good! The chicken bowl was very flavorful and I ate every morsel even though I wasn't that hungry. :) The decor was very colorful and fun. We will definitely go back!
Post pandemic review as I have reviewed this place previously. Romero's food is spectacular! While the service was hit or miss in the days of lowered capacity during the pandemic, but this has vastly improved. I have yet to try some of their specialty cocktails, but it is on my list!
Many people recommended this place on the Washington Township Facebook group. I ordered their vegetable fajitas. The only vegetable was bell pepper, which wasn't really cooked or seasoned at all. It was so crunchy it was more like a bell pepper salad. There wasn't even salsa to add some flavor. I really don't have anything good to say about this place... Maybe "good jaw exercise" ?
Lets start with the good - chips, salsa and guac was very good. Now the bad, ordered a shredded beef wet burrito with beans and rice sides - received a shredded chicken with some dried out melted cheddar cheese just on the top and no sauce what so ever. I was also expecting some good pinto beans and received dried out black beans. You could clearly tell the burritos were not hand made. Not sure what happened to this restaurant but they need to at least make prepackaged food edible.
