I use to really love this place but it has gone downhill. My 3 tacos had only two and it’s only like 3 pieces of chicken in each taco.
QDOBA food was good and what is expected - consistent with other trips to similar locations. However, we arrived a few minutes after opening and used the restrooms before ordering...the men's room was really in bad shape not having been cleaned in some time. The Coke freestyle machine was also on the fritz offering only a selection of options. Suggest some TLC from this leadership team to ensure the store is in proper working order.
1/19/21 - UPDATE—Tried the restaurant again. Nothing has changed. If the front is this dirty, what is the back like??***The food is good, but the place is dirty. It is often dirty and Is not stocked at the beginning of the day. You can see from the pictures what the store looks like at 11:15am!
Our family loves this Qdoba! We eat here pretty regularly! The staff is super helpful and friendly! They also never skimp on the portion size! Also, Qdoba rewards are awesome! We are always earning free food!
I frequent this location and it's usually late at night toward the end of their hours due to my work schedule. The staff are always friendly and the food is usually good. Tonight the guy who helped me (I didn't catch his name) held such a nice genuine conversation with me while he got my food. I told him I had sick kids at home and was headed home from work to that. After preparing everything and ringing me out he remembered and wished my kids better and even offered applesauce for them! Just such a eye opener in today's world of crazy to have someone kind at the end of a long day.
Line out the door and the staff is moving at a snails pace. We're all just watching them make online orders. You've got to get this staff moving!
We have ordered catering here many times and are always very happy with portions, quality and taste! Great location.
My experiences with this place are mostly good. Every single time I've gone, the staff is pretty young but they seem to be quite mature and decently hard workers. Even when I went in and their cash register was not taking credit cards, this one young lady was calculating all the prices and tax on paper and keeping records of everything in order to get people back their cash properly. That's a skill I thought went out 20 years ago.It's usually pretty good food but sometimes I think they just leave it out way too long. I've had a couple of incidents where the meat is extremely chewy or the cheese is just smelling kind of bad or the lettuce is all will be limpy. So I think they could try to change out the food a little more often and not leave it all day.Lastly their stores usually pretty clean as far as the counters and the tables. But the floor is always always absolutely always sticky and gross. I'm not sure they have ever mopped since the store opened up.So all in all a pretty good place. Mop the floor once in awhile (this coming from somebody who's not a neat freak at all) and make sure especially with the meats and the cheese they are changed out more than once a day because they get pretty nasty.

I went in earlier today, like a lot of places sometimes the service can be kind of hit or miss but tonight i was having a really rough day and came in for comfort food. I was helped by an employee named Adrian. He was great, my food was really good and he was really polite. Totally the kind of service you hope for. I'll be back again soon.
