This review is for the flatbread pizza that I tried today and I don’t think it’s worth the price. There isn’t enough flavor or pizza sauce on it and I wished I would have ordered something else.Other than the pizza, it’s a nice place to go sit and have coffee and a little something to eat. The salads are always good here.
Don't have many options and the only good options are "all out". Horrible management because how can you operate a business that doesn't make customers happy. How do you think customers feel coming to a place that has absolutely nothing with carmel. By 10 am you're already out of production is just pitiful. This is equivalent to McDonald's ice cream machines never working in the summer.
Great location. Staff is always very friendly and my food every time looks super fresh and tastes great ? ??
I may change this later on but for now it's three stars and I will explain why. The staff seems friendly enough and they get to orders in a half decent amount of time. One thing I don't like is that they started making all of their smoothies with Greek yogurt. Not everybody likes that disgusting glop. And they either cannot or will not substitute for a regular yogurt or just using milk or something else so it is nasty. Just because it's a fad doesn't mean it tastes good. That could just be a personal opinion however so that is not a reason they have lost a star. I just thought I would mention it for people who aren't pretending to like Greek yogurt just because it's popular. The biggest issue is their prices. For example there are smoothie price has increased but the size has decreased by almost a third. If that's not enough, I went and I got two breakfast sandwiches. Literally two days later I got the exact same to breakfast sandwiches it was charged over $4 more. Literally the exact same thing and nobody could explain it to me.On the bright side their hot chocolate is pretty yummy.
Have been going to the Panera Bread at 16 and Van Dyke for almost 2 years and every visit is a nightmare. Today we ordered from this one but accidentally sent it to the one at 16 and Van Dyke by accident. Not only did these lovely people make the sandwich free of charge, they did so without us asking for it. Amazing service! We really didn't want to go to the one at 16 and Van Dyke because a friend of ours found a screw in his bread. No joke. 10/10 would recommend!
This panera is located near to la fitness that i go , so everyday after my workout i get a soup or something from panera. They have the worst costumer service i ever seen in my life. They don't even wait for u to finish up ur order when they ask u ANYTHING ELSE. If there was an option with zero stars thats what I would give them. Cmon u guys are not doing us a favor , you are working if u don't want to work stay home.
Me and my buddy were just enjoying our food and the manager Doug flipped us off and walked away, very disrespectful and non professional he should be demoted, no manager should act like that especially at a public place.
Went there for dinner. 2 grilled cheese, 2 soups and 2 lemonade 36.00 honestly sandwiches were cold hardly toasted and our cheese was not melted at all soups where cold also. Bread was more white then golden when we asked girl if she could warm up soup she said she couldn't and the look she gave my husband was not a good look at all. and I believe owner heard her and he said he would do it. Very disappointed We will not be back!!!!
Terrible service and staff!
