Love how I kept having to repeat my order just to get the one thing I didn’t want on my sandwich and that was ham. The lady who was taking orders yesterday acted like speaking was a choir for her. Then several hours later my bank notifies me that someone took my charge info and started buying stuff with it, so they have a criminal that works here. Do not use a charge at this location
When I pulled up and saw how long the line was, initially I was scared. Most McDonald's I have been to when theres a long line, you either wait too long for subpar food or they forget half your order. This trip proved to be the opposite of my expectations. I ordered ahead on the app. When I pulled up, their wifi immediately took notice and signed me in. Even though the line was long, it never stopped moving. The staff was still super friendly and attentive. Our food was hot and good. The kids meals were well boxed. We got plenty of extra condiments. This is definitely my favorite location and I can see why they are always so busy.
Drive through quick ?♂️Spicy chicken great ?Fries crunchy ?But if you ask for an extra patty and pay for it don't expect to get it.....

Went through the drive thru placed my order it was wrong. So I went inside and after the 3rd time this is what they gave me. I asked the manager would you serve this, she said no we scraped if off the grill... (picture is how my food actually looked liked). This young generation is rude and disrespectful.. No wonder they are replacing them with robots.
Can't hear well at this location. Should make order taker repeat and ensure order is correct. What sad is my order was simple A 10-piece nugget meal medium medium shake shamrock and added on a cinnamon roll. The order taker asked if it was anything else and I said no Just to cinnamon roll in the 10-piece nugget meal and he said okay drive forward after he/ she read me my total! Smh.
They are fast and efficient. And the food is fresh. As well, they have a great and friendly crew. Love this McDonalds in Utica on Hall Rd.
Big Mac, fish sandwich, and fries. All good. This particular building was cold. Turn the heat up when it it 19° outside
My experience was horrible, we were over charged and when I asked a receipt I was told the register wouldn't print. The we noticed out food was cold when address the manager she threatened to call the police. We waited awhile the just drove away feeling slighted.
Went there at 3 am ask for fresh food for my order I was told they only make fries fresh after 10 pm
