DO NOT accept orders as a DoorDasher or Grubhub etc. They almost always have lobby locked and will not let in delivery drivers. On top of that the drive thru is usually a 30 min wait wrapped around the building. Almost no dasher takes orders from here due to this issue. Other locations have a doorbell for us, even under staffed no excuses.
The lines are always long and If the burger or filet actually hit the bun, you're extremely lucky.This McDonalds seriously needs strong competition. They should have put a Wendy's or Taco Bell across the street where they put in the Tropical Cafe. Would have been a whole lot more business than what the Café gets!
It seems to be improving with the dining room open longer hours but they still are not able to abide by State laws and wear a hat or hair net while making food. What is the matter with them?Big line of people waiting and an employee is standing around texting on her phone. Then handles food without washing.
The food is almost always good from this location... there is however, almost always a LONG drive-thru line... and 2 visits ago, I waited in line for about 10 minutes trying to get my kids happy meals, just to be greated by the manager coming outside with cones to block off the drive thru DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF ME saying sorry... we have no employees, have to close down. My question... why did u let me wait in line for 10 minutes first, just to turn me away... HIGHLY annoyed that day. I understand not having employees, but feel it could have went down a little differently. Anyhow, over all the food IS GOOD here if u like McDonalds and very rarely to they mess up my order.
This location is one of the worse there are. Plain and simple. Food quality is inconsistent. Swapped to ordering through the app and this very last time I waited over 30 minutes for my food to come out. Been using the app to avoid the cluster that is their drive through….well, joke was on me. Rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Romeo location or 23 mile than ever come back here. Avoid at all cost.
HORRIBLE!!!!!! I ordered a Double filet of fish meal and the first meal they gave me was a single and it was cold, The second order they gave me was cold as well and finally after waiting a few minutes for a third time guess what? It was not fresh either. They put hot fries in the bag to cover up the fact that they gave me the second sandwich I sent back. If you eat here please check your food because The first sandwich that I sent back was given to the car behind me and I opened the box to touch the sandwich and fries. They are lucky for the 1 star because they didn't deserve this. They are trash!
if I could give 0 stars I would. im in a big box work truck and cant use drive-thru. inside the dont have anyone at the registers. and the kiosks don't let you customize sandwiches all the way.how about you have people working the registers and not make your customers do your job and force them to use kiosks
I was there today,i order my food andeverything ok till i went to pick it the window,I'm missing a large fries and i tell him,he went off on me screaming that i never order the fries,but thank God my niece write it down so it's more easy to ordered and i showe to him he went in the back and brings me one of those medium paper bags full with fries and just throw it through the window and straight on my lap,and closes the window,as I'm leaving i see there no ranch in my bag,i go back to The door and they tell me i have to go back bin the line where i was +20 minutes waiting,I'm like ok o go, waited another 20 minutes and got the ranch an by the time I got home everything was cold and saggy, well that's the last time I'm going there so everyone should stop going there so the rude people can be goone,
Incompetency runs rampant at this location.25 min wait for an order with no straws.I guess the mental giants that work there have never drink out of a fast food cup.
Disgusting McDonald’s location. Worst customer service I’ve ever seen in a fast food franchise or corporation. You have employees not doing there job and the food was cold and the burgers were raw! Horrible place not coming back!
