One of my favorite local restaurants. My sister recommended Lettuce to me so when I’m in the mood for salads and wraps I can eat lettuce for lunch and dinner for two weeks straight? Convenient online ordering. Food is always fresh & I have never had an issue. For the people complaining about the size and price, what else do you expect from a salad restaurant? You are getting pre-cleaned, fresh, already chopped ingredients & if you wanted to do it yourself you wouldn’t be ordering from a salad place… Also, it says only cash when you order online but as soon as you come to the restaurant drive-through they have no issue taking your card. All I ask is for the owner to fix the online ordering dressing tab. It won’t let me add extra dressings or put them on the side it only lets me pick what dressing & I always have to put it in the comments bar & I feel bad. Thanks for being the best salad place around! Please stay open a litter later so I can order more often ❣️
Lettuce is my #1 choice for health, filling and guilty free indulging in delicious food!! Every time we go here I intend to take a picture of my food to post and after experiencing the happy, helpful staff making my fresh on the spot created in front of me salads and wraps.. I am drooling by the time I hit the counter to pay and I just want to get the food in my belly!!! #supportsmallbusinesses
Just got back in town last week, visiting family and friends here, from moving to Chicago. I have been craving Salads and Wraps from Lettuce everyday ever since I made the move out to Chi….. kinda disappointed I’m not going to lie. I have been craving the chicken strawberry salad for the longesttttt time ever. I usually dine in but I did the pick up window instead, and the girl at the window was nice enough to take my order at the window since I didn’t know I had to pre-order IN ORDER to pick up at the window, not a problem. What I did have a problem was paying $11.69 I believe for a small bowl of salad that barely had any chicken on it and not the preference of lettuce greens I wanted. I hate iceberg lettuce. I thought maybe she didn’t ask preference of greens because I assumed they might automatically use spring mix? I was so sad lol when I opened it up and seen 4/5 cubes of chicken and iceberg lettuce. And then to hand me change and not a receipt ? Hmmm….. do people not ask or offer receipts anymore ? I don’t know, might be back, might not, might as well make my own salads at home if it only takes a few cubes of chicken and iceberg lettuce to brand the name.
Had one bad experience and one good. Antipasto wrap was bad, but the chicken strawberry salad was amazing. I would return for the nice drive through and online ordering options, but only for those strawberries with raspberry dressing.
OVERVIEW: Overpriced, rude staff, cross contamination, small portions.I was very disappointed with this place after it had come recommend by a friend. Upon arriving into the building, we were not greeted at all. It was only after we said hello that the people working acknowledged us. The lady working was quite rude and did not like that we did not know what we wanted right off the bat. She was also not happy that we were asking questions about the salads and other things they served. After picking out our food, they started making it. To my surprise there was no scoop to measure out everything that was going into our salads, they just eyeballed it. That means that everyone gets a different amount of product in every salad or wrap. In addition to not measuring any of the products, they used the same pair of tongs for everything in our salads meaning everything was cross contaminated. For a salad that cost me over $10, I would expect that I was getting the same sized portions every time and that it would be a pretty good size product. Their salads are definitely on the smaller side and not worth the amount that they are charging. Since one of the people we were grabbing lunch for does not eat meat, we decided to check out their soups. According to the girl working, they only had one cup (the smallest size they offer) of one soup left. In addition to only having a small amount of soup left, they had no crackers left for the soup either. Upon asking for a replacement for the crackers, the lady was incredibly rude and bothered by this, scuffed and gave us some pita chips.Overall, this restaurant is a joke. I would not recommend them to anyone. You'd get better service and product from a Walmart.
Food is always fresh and leaves me feeling good after. The workers are always so nice as well.
Ask them specifically to put the dressing on the side for me! They always put way too much! They didn’t put the dressing on the side and toss the salad with the dressing in it and the dressing was absolutely over bearing couldn’t eat it had to toss the salad didn’t have time to wait around for another one to be made as I was on the lunch rush! Really need to pay attention to what you’re doing!
They were rushed which is to be expected, but the person taking our order gave us no sense of direction when it came to ordering it the way we wanted. They had listed items online that were not in store, and their online ordering process only listed that they take cash which is not true if you order on site. Almost 30 dollars for our order and it wasn’t even the way we wanted. The icing on the cake was that the wraps were held together terribly.
Very nice place good healthy food and very nice staff
Tasty, healthful food, quick. I needed something gluten-free… and their menu was GF friendly. They have GF wraps for a slight upcharge… but I don’t like those… the salad I got was so tasty and no gluten! Will definitely go there again the next time I come to Michigan!
