Stopped in for lunch , everything was good, good waitstaff, reasonable prices for this day and age.
Items missing and restaurant claims out of the item and they requested I call them (but not sure how as they said they can’t call or text me). I have ordered from doordash many times and when a restaurant is out of something, it is not left of the bill. While items have been forgotten before, this is the first time I’ve ever had to call the restaurant to ensure everything was picked up, and was told they were out of my dinner item. I asked why was it not removed and was told by the 1st girl she doesn’t handle the refunds for doordash but she would get me her boss who proceeded to tell me they cannot alter the order or refund when out of things. I guess only every single other restaurant can. I get mistakes are made but don’t lie.
Good location- came with a large party and the hostess and servers were very accommodating. Food also came quickly and well prepared.
The food was delicious and the atmosphere was ok, but the service was what made it five stars. Our server (Lauren) was literally the highlight of our night and made us feel at ease and welcome. She made sure we were taken care of and SHE GAVE US STICKERS!! She has an amazing way of making you feel special and happy, and we appreciate her service. Very good food at very reasonable price. Staff is very friendly with great service. Menu has a wide variety of options from breakfast to dinner. Takeout also available.
Staff was normal. It wasn't very busy. They didn't have what I wanted so I settled for a pita which was gross and my fries were cold.
I've been here a few times when I visit my Michigan family and it never disappoints. Always friendly staff and delicious food.
Took 20 minutes longer than the time they told me and my Food was cold. The customer service was terrible as well. No greetings, no "Thank you" and the young girl working the front counter doesn't deserve to be working there. Besides not speaking up she looked like she was serving no purpose besides getting in the way and ignoring the phones. Disappointing but I won't be back ?

I love the Mediterranean wrap!!! Last time I dined in, I got fish and chips and they weren't cooked enough and the tartar is prepackaged. I wish it was homemade! The brownie sundae is the best one I've ever had, no joke. Overall no big complaints, the restaurant feels clean which is always important!
