One of the worst KFC's I've ever been too.Placed online order, waited 25 minutes beforeI went to get food waited over 10 minutes beforesomeone to even notice I was at front counter.They said it was going to be 5 to 10 more minutesfor my order. 9 cars came through the drive thru afterI got there and everyone was take care while I stillhad no food. After waiting 22 more minutes I got fedup and left with no food. NEVER AGAIN!!!!
This review isn't necessarily for the food (which, I've never had an issue with. They put out consistently good product in a timely fashion... unlike some of the other KFC's in the area), but for the customer service and employees at this location.I was in an accident last night in front of their store. Before I could even realize what happened, there was a nice lady in a KFC uniform at my window asking if I was okay, and if I needed anything. I believe another employee was on the phone with 911. When I got out of my vehicle, she offered to take me inside, asked if I needed a blanket or something to drink, and just genuinely cared about the victims involved in the accident.I wish I had gotten her name, but as you can imagine... I was a bit shaken up from the experience. Whomever you are, THANK YOU. Thank you for being a compassionate human and not just a gawker of the collision outside. She instinctively wanted to make sure everyone was okay, and wanted to help in any way she could. This is a special type of person, and she (and the other person calling 911) deserve recognition. I'm going to stop by tonight and make sure her management knows what a treasure they have working for them.
Chicken thighs were a little on the cold side. I am tired and peeved at the old and not so hot chicken. Get it together KFC
I purchased the 8 pcs meal. I practically choked to death it was so dry and overcooked. Price definitely went up though. Grease was dirty, the chicken was so dark, you could tell they haven't changed the grease all day. The gravy was less than a large size. Now they're serving it in the lunch size container. Chicken was terrible NOT coming back. Tried to call the store, but no answer ever. Too bad we have to sit in line and wait all this time and then get disappointed. Maybe I will call their headquarter office and see what they think. If I could get through to the store I would have had them send a driver out with a replacement order. That's okay, I'm not ordering chicken from them anymore. Gross. ?

Great customer experience. Nicole did a great job, I placed my order wrong and she was able to correct it at the window and handle it all without complaint.
Just picked up my Dinner and when I got Home and opened the Bag I saw that they Shorted my 2 Small Mac & Cheese that I Repeated to the Cashier 3 Times… What a Shame!
I ordered the 8 piece family meal my last two visits. Each time I got a different set of chicken parts. Once I got 1 breast, 3 thighs, 2 wings and 2 drums. The next time I got 3 thighs, 3 wings, and 2 drums. I won't be going back.
Chicken sandwich minus the pickles was a 7 , I didn't like the generic mayo or the flavor of the breast. I will stick with the chicken pieces only.
