I went to drive thru and waited at mic to place order. After 2 min of silence I called the inside and they said to pull up. I pulled up and there was one vehicle in front of me waiting at the window. I waited another 7-8 min. Then when I finally pulled up to the window I was told they ran out of bread and couldn’t make me a sandwich. I took a right on van dyke and got Taco Bell instead. Got my correct order plus and extra taco (by accident) and got it under 5 min.
I’ve gotten Jimmy Johns a fair amount. Like most sub shops this places white bread is hard and tough- that’s not an issue. But they’ve recently changed their wheat bread and make no note to the customer of this. When I tell you this new bread is awful, doughy, and tastes like play-do I hope you believe me. It’s not even a sub they just put the ingredients on bad tasting square “possible wheat” bread. I really wish they at least would’ve advertised or informed me of this change so I didn’t waste $15. Again I can’t stress this enough- I’ve had hundreds of subs and this was by far the worst “sub” I’ve ever tried.
Ordered a Cuban. Bread was stale. I gave 2 stars cause reasonably priced & customer service was friendly. However? Horrible bread. Couldn’t finish it…
2 hours to get a sub and no appologies. So much for freaky fast ?
I've gotten hair in my food twice now from this location. It's gross and this location needs to get it under control! When I called to tell them, the person I talked to didn't even seem to care or try to make the situation better. Jimmy John's needs to hire more people who actually care about their job.. Wear a hair net! ?? Never going there again!
This is a regular #7. I think the girl who took my order was high or something. It’s like 15$ worth of pepperoni. I got it at 1245pm on October 27. 2021. I’m glad I don’t live out here anymore. It did fill me up tho.
I come to this location to have lunch a few days a week despite the negative reviews, and I must say…this store gets a bad rep for things that are out of their control.A common complaint in the negative reviews are about being “slow”. However, when I come inside I can see for myself that they usually have 1-2 people making sandwiches (as well as running around to take drive thru and in store orders, leaving 1 employee making sandwiches), 1 driver, and 1 manager. They go as fast as possible to take and complete the mass amounts of orders. While I can understand why some customers grow impatient and frustrated having to wait for their order, I feel for the employees working through the staffing issues they are having. With this being said, the staff still manages to maintain good, friendly customer service (despite the stress they must be experiencing) and I am yet to receive any sort of mess up. Their hard work makes every visit worthwhile :)
Seriously, the slogan of “Freaky Fast” does not exist here. For several months, I’m waiting over 15 minutes for a sandwich. Walk in is faster than Drive Thru for anyone who wants to get it their sandwich faster but not freaky fast.
Listen this isn’t a huge deal but every time I come here I politely ask for my sandwich to be cut in half. When I get home to eat my sandwich guess what. It’s one big sandwich. This is not a hard task people.
The only reason I keep coming back to this location is because of the great manger Sean
