Um.. I think the employee doesn’t realize the hunters club is supposed to be double roast beef, and that the bread isn’t supposed to be hard as a rock. It was literally 2 paper thin slices of roast beef. This is the weakest hunters club I’ve ever received from Jimmy John’s. Attached pictures of what it’s supposed to look like vs. what it actually looked like. ??♂️?
I always go to the Jimmy Johns, frequently online ordering customer the other day a piece of plastic was in my sandwich I called and let them know they were so rude offered to get me a new sandwich and they wanted me to pay for the chips and cookie what kind of business doesn’t even give you a free meal when they put a piece of unwanted plastic in your sandwich I’m very mentally depressed and could’ve came back and injured people that work at this location but I held myself under control next time I won’t

I rarely post negative reviews- however I placed a delivery order almost two hours ago. Have called twice- rude staff .. and they told me it would be delivered within 20 minutes each time.Perhaps a different experience if you’re picking your food up- I would recommend talking to your staff about customer service.
They lost my order and i called after waiting over an hour so they said it would be on the next delivery…almost 40 min later still nothing
Freaky fast? Just the opposite. Everytime i order from this location it comes in an hour or more. Literally the worst service.
We have been ordering from here for along time, this is the very first time our order smells like cigarette smoke, the bag reaked of cigarettes and the 4 subs all had a nice subtle smell of cigarettes. Very disappointed in today's order ?
As a heads up to anyone ordering, the delivery usually takes well over an hour. This has happened consistently for over a year, so plan to order a couple hours before you're hungry and tip your driver because we're all out here doing our best. Good luck pals.
Fast service, manager Nabeel was very nice, food was great. Would definitely come back again!
Bread was stale, lettuce was old, customer service was not good and no one was wearing a mask. Staff made me feel like an intruder. They were busy with online orders but walk ins were second best. Will never go back. In fact this ruined JJs for me forever. I'm done being treated awful and then asked for money. Hello Subway.
