Expensive, night crew is often inaccurate, long wait times for food, consistently raising prices and reducing portion sizes. I used to feel good about paying a little more for quality pizza but lately I have felt like "I paid this much for this???" Pizza is good but its pizza just tire of 30 dollar meals that consist of maybe 1$ worth of ingredients... Close it, nobody will care and good value pizza can come back to Auburn.
Tried to order online. Couldn’t check out. Called the store, it went into an automated voice system. I have a simple address but it couldn’t be found.Spoke to a person. Finally able to order.An hour wait for delivery on a Tuesday night, after prime dinner hour.No coupons so I get to pay full price for this experience.
I've lived around this jet's most of my life. It's always been a go to pizza place for me and my family. I hadn't had pizza from this jet's for about 2 yearsvfor no reason other than just not eating much pizza. I went in the other day to see if they still sold slices and they have redone the entire interior with seating and all! And they still sell slices!!! Got me a couple and pop and 8t took me right back to teenage years of slices and Pepsi, great staff and the owner is super good guy. 5 stars all day for these guys
They are very friendly and good fast pizza just please don't be rude to the people working there. Patience is appreciated and they will help you if you are not rude
I only gave jets 3 stars because they got rid of subs and BLT pizzas and that is everything that's holy to me don't get me wrong though this location makes the best pizza and has a great staff
Great pizza and great service. Usually have to wait a while for an walk in order but they were pretty busy and still got out of there in 15 mins for a walk in order.

There is a Jet's Pizza about a mile from where I live but I don't go to that one because it's always dry. The one that I go to on Auburn Rd in Shelby Township is a whole lot better.

Been a favorite Jet's of mine consistently for years.Front counter is pleasant and professional.Cooking crew is fast and has always gotten the order correct.Big one here, the gluten free pizza has always been free of cross contamination.Delivery or pickup they're fast and professional.I'm pleased they've been the closest Jet's pizza to me for more than 15 years.
