Just had a great Detroit pie from Jets Shelby Township
Regular customer, usually good pizza & chicken tenders. Too bad & so sad, not so much tonight ? ordered thin crust… texture of crust akin to cardboard ? tough, hard, chewy & cold ? the best way to describe & then the chicken tenders were crunchy outside , rubbery inside & bland as well ? phone person was very nice though?However, very much disappointed In food ? paid $31 for yuk. Called & got a credit for $10…Not impressed & ? to say will use the credit for some Pepsi to go & no more Jet’s for us. BTW, of course I tipped the delivery guy, never their fault.
If I could leave a 0 star I would. Ordered food from this place and received my order 25 minutes after ordering it. If you look at the photo this is a absolute disgrace of a restaurant and I will be calling the health department because not even an animal should eat this old dry and sitting pizza from god knows when, to add insult to injury the pizza was cold along with getting charge $1:50 for ranch that I didn't even receive and $35.00 in the garbage, Shame on the staff and owner/operator for allowing this to happen
Sorry we don't like it. We think it the cheese. At one time years ago we loved it (like 40 years ago)then we stopped liking it.
Jets is my all time favorite!! This time it didn't disappoint. Anyone who loves hot peppers....they have the best jalapeños! Not those pickled ones ?...get some crunchy corner pizza❣❣?

Not only the worst (by far) Jet's Pizza I have ever had, but some of the worst pizza I have ever had, period. The pizza I ordered was a large square supreme and it didn't taste right at all. The crust would have been better put to use as a pumice stone for my feet. Seriously, what's wrong with this place? I could barely finish 2 small slices. At least the service wasn't bad. Don't get me wrong, I still like Jet's and all but this place doesn't even come close to meeting the mark of quality I've come to expect from them.

We didn't go to Jets. We were at Orient Express which is two doors down from Jets. Orient Express did another great job on our dinner.
Great service from a manager named Nolan. He really went over the top.
