Horrible Service! The front register girl has the worst attitude. I agree with the other reviewer about ordering thru the app. It’s never on time and they don’t even start it until they clear their line. I had to ask about my order then they started to make it. No one in store everyone sitting around. Won’t be visiting this location anymore. Be mindful of customers that visit during lunch and have limited time! It’s a shame !! usually Jersey Mike’s are always nice and on time.

Rude and unhelpful. Went there as a dasher to inquire about a customers pick up about an issue I was having while picking up another order in the same strip mall, I let them know there was going to be a delay and asked if the subs were hot, and if so could they keep them warm some how. Guy at the counter gave me an attitude and said “isn’t that what your thermal bag is for” not one person was in there smiling, not one and the interaction I had with the guy at the front counter was intimidating. They are very rude in this store. If you guys don’t like your job find something else. Just because you are busy doesn’t mean give people an attitude. You work in customer service you need to provide that or work somewhere where you don’t have to deal with the general public.
Got a good sandwich. Prices are up every where so it is hard to complain. Service was good but I'm not going to tip on top of higher prices.
Always quick and tasty! Very reasonably priced as well.
The staff here is great and they take great care when I order a gluten free (gf) sandwich to clean the grill and change tools and gloves. Never had a problem here. Will always recommend them.
The store has declined recently. It didn't used to be that I could look into the meat refrigerator from the customer's side and see a giant slice of meat sitting on top of packaged meat. Or look at the slicer and see piles and mounds of meat and cheese from the day. Counters aren't cleaned, the pop counter is sticky to the touch. I got a cream soda and it tasted like a battery because they haven't changed the syrup in a long time. It seems like a bunch of kids having a fun time in there.
They have my favorite subs. Amazing club and amazing cheesesteak. Best around. The only thing is that they have gotten a bit too pricy.
Veggie sub lacked flavor big time. Need to take tips from Subway.
In my opinion, these are probably the best of the chain store subs. The chipotle cheese steak is particularly tasty.
