Not much food for the money. No butter for the crab, was just oil and didn’t taste like butter. Over priced.
The spicy crab, crayfish, corn and potatoes bag was delicious! and our server was great!
I stopped here alone after a local event. The waitress, Michelle M was amazing. She was extremely courteous and really kind. She was one of the best waitresses I've had anywhere in years. The food was delicious. I wasn't sure what to expect as I don't care for spicy food nor Cajun, but they had more on the menu that looked great. I got the Lobster Tail in a basket with fries and it was delicious. I got white chips which I'm unsure of what they were, but they had a seasoning that was extremely spicy. The total was a tad on the expensive side, but the food and service more than made up for it.You might want to look up their menu online before coming to make sure they have something you would like and you can get an idea of pricing as it fluctuates a lot with seafood and lobster in particular.
Large portions of food and it was really good. Large menu also with numerous things not deep fried.
Our family has been wanting to try this place and decided to go here for Mothers Day. The staff was amazing from start to finish. They were so friendly when I made the reservation, we didn’t have to wait but gladly would have, and they were extremely attentive throughout our meal. They even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine for making the reservation, which they did not need to do. The food was great, menu was well explained and drinks were fun. We will definitely be back! The restaurant is clean with good food and a great staff, totally worth trying!
It's fun to eat with your hands all covered in sauce! It's a clean restaurant, they have done a great job setting it up. There are so many choices for you to set up a good seafood boil. I'm not crazy about the sauces, at all. I kinda think they could do much better. I mean that's the finishing touch.
First time here and will definitely be back to try some more of the seafood boil combinations. There’s so many to choose from and quite a few add ons to make the perfect boil for anyone. I had a shrimp boil and added eggs and noodles with the hook and reel special blend for the sauce and the seasonings were quite a bit overwhelming but other than that it was great. Can’t wait to try another one. Great place for any seafood lover.
Everything was great. Food was good, server was nice. My only complaint was the lobster tail that I ordered. Taste was good on it but it was the smallest piece I have ever seen for $22.
The Hook and Reel seasoning overpowered and ruined my meal. I ate only 1 small piece of my snow crab. The waitress said it was the most popular but then confessed later she did not like it either when I told her it was way too much. The clam chowder and coconut shrimp appetizer were good. It took an extremely long time to get our frozen margaritas. Not the worst dining experience but not the best by far either.
You can try it for an experience. Flavor is not the best of the best. Tried lobster, crab and shrimp with hook and reel sauce. Staff is very friendly and explained the menu in detail. Food got ready very quickly after we ordered.
