Carry out Pizzas were raw in the middle and the worst pizza I ever had! Took one back and talked to Steve the manager. What a bad experience with him. Sad excuse of a Manager! I will never go back to this place and I will tell many of the bad experience............

Had a wedding shower here at the Shelby Hamlin Pub. Very spacious and conveniently served events area. I being the father of the bride did not attend the party. But i instead hung out at the huge bar area and shot a game of pool and played keno. A nice huge bar to hang with friends and family.

Had good drinks. The atmosphere was great. Sliders were fabulous. But the traditional wings…. Horrible. 100% microwaved. And their fries are definitely frozen. Bartender was quick, constantly moving, always professional. Manager was always available and seen helping throughout. Expect good service. But be cautious of food.

NEVER go on a weekend! Awful or nonexistent service. Walked out after waiting 10 minutes to be even approached by anyone. This was not our first experience with service in a weekend! Never again. If you don’t want to service your patrons…then don’t open!

My boyfriend and I went to Hamlin Shelby Twp for our anniversary. It was terrible! The nachos were burnt. The steak tips were definitely not medium rare. They we’re almost raw. I ordered the roast. The carrots seemed like they’d been cooked that morning and reheated. I’m pretty sure the roast came out of a can, along with the gravy. His chicken was incredibly dry (again probably prepped early and reheated.) The seasoning on the pasta was very inconsistent. Some had no seasoning at all and some had too much. Best part is we both got sick a couple hours after we got home. Our waitress was really great though. We definitely will not be returning.

Conveniently located in a strip mall with bountiful parking, this pub is quite large and can accommodate large groups for lunch or dinner. The menu choices are quite extensive and many are unique to this establishment. The pizza tasted rather bland as compared to pizzas offered at the more popular big-box chains. It needs stronger tasting sauce. Our server Shari did a good job of making sure our needs were met.

My family has gone to this location in the past and have been able to sit in a wheelchair accessible area. The last couple times we have come in, those areas were closed and the only place they have for us to sit is a small table in the back of the restaurant by the pool table. We really enjoyed going and seeing Val as she was very welcoming and kind. However, she wasn't there and those there made us feel like an inconvenience since we needed wheelchair seating. After we sat in the area and people started playing pool right behind us and no one bothered to wait on us we left.

Great food and good service. If you go there when there is any kind of pro or college game on TV they are really busy so allow enough time. Last time we went they were short staffed, our carry out took an hour. I really love the chicken and dumpling stew!

Ordered a large pizza was told 20 to 25 mins, got there and waited another 20 mins just to receive a medium pizza. Then girl at bar said you ordered a medium I would never order a medium for 4 people to eat. Pizza was burnt and not a fan of there pizza anymore seeing its gone down hill. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. And I bring alot of my coustmers there, not no more.

We had great service from Valerie tonight. The food was good but the service from our waitress was outstanding! Great job Valerie.
