We ordered 2 pizzas that took more than an hour to get read. I'm not exaggerating, we ordered at 5:45pm and the pizza was ready at 7pm. I'm ok if something goes wrong and they let you now and make sure you are happy. But they didn't say a word that it was going to take an hour, they didn't explain why that happened and they didn't apologize. We were bummed but at least we like the pizza, right? Wrong. Somehow the pizza was extremely cold and not fresh. Really. If it was ready before why they didn't give it to us. Just to add a little extra, I had my 2yo and 7yo waiting this whole hour with me in the store. Very disappointed not because they had a problem, everyone has problems sometimes, I'm disappointed by the way it was handled.
It was very expensive for the quality delivered. The crust was resemble d cardboard and it was slim on the toppings. I exaggerated with two stars. I was told the salad was loaded with toppings,again it was all lettuce a little pepperoni and grumbled cheese. Not a favorable review.
I called to place an order, the staff was extremely rude. I love the pizza but the customer service is just lacking in every way possible. Ruined my mood ?
Pizza 5 stars was very good, but the customer service was absolutely terrible they tried to charge me nine dollars more for the pizza that I ordered even after I did the math for them and showed them it was wrong they still insisted that the order price was right I called two other locations to verify that they were overcharging me and in fact they were overcharging me by almost 45% they ended up giving me the pizza because they didn’t want to deal with their problem or lack of competency I’ll never be back to this location. only giving it two stars instead of one because I do enjoy the pizza.
Really good pizza, breadsticks, salad, everything! Very impressed how hot it was when it arrived, we got delivery. Can’t wait to order again!
We liked the round pizza but the deep dish was soggy and sauce was cold. The bread was also way too salty. I don’t know if I’ll order from here again.
Usually a Jets guy. Had them catered at work and really liked em. Have had them twice since then and both times the pizza has been great.
Had a bad experience last time, but they gave me a credit. Usually they're the best in the area. Samantha seems very nice.Update-so after using the credit on our next visit, everything was either average or not that great. Samantha assured me I'd be "wowed" by our next order. Far from it.
Ordered three pizzas and a salad on Friday. Was very flavorful pizza, family enjoyed the salad too. Will definitely come here again.
Pizza was yummy, salad fresh and wings good. Delievered on time. The pizzas were small though, like 8 slices were 8 tiny slices. Small pizza for the very expensive price.
