I don’t often leave reviews but the service and food quality at the five guys in Shelby was AMAZING!!! I came in with my elderly mother. Who said she can’t just find a good hamburger anymore and five guys proved her wrong! The two lady’s in the black shirts working today went out of there way to help my mother to her seat and even opened the door on the way out. I can’t say enough about how hard the crew is working to assure everyone had a great experience. Needless to say my mom has a new favorite place to eat and we will be returning soon!
I don’t believe the reason for the refund was “unsatisfied customer” as you stated in email processing the refund. It’s that once again you messed up the order. This location has the worst customer service and chronically messes up orders. You refund the cost of that single item, but not the tax you charged me on it and you certainly didn’t adjust your tip that was left on a larger amount. Worst Location Ever, dont visit if you have kids expecting specific things when you return home, you will be disappointed. Rudeness of staff of phone is also an issue.
GrubHub- GH screwed up & delivered food to the wrong house. The Shelby store immediately remade my food and called me personally to straighten it out and refunded my money without delay dispite the fact that GH blamed the Shelby store for not having the right address? GH the order was placed on-line w/an email confirming the right address. The Shelby store was very professional, courteous and had excellent customer service. You must go to this store, never have they disappointed me in 2 yrs. I am a life long customer - thank you 5 guys!
they close at 8pm now, not 10 like the website says.
I love their burgers. The patties were tender, cheese tasted great. The customer service was outstanding. I'm not a big fry person, but the fries were decent too. I will go back for a burger. Yum.
A very nice experience. The store wasn't packed with people but had a good amount, all seated. My order was ready and waiting for me with a 2.5 min wait for fresh fries, per their standards. Can never complain about hot and fresh fries. The staff were very friendly and communicate well with eachother and the patrons. The food was delicious and as ordered. Will return.

Unprofessional store, black shirts in particular are awful to their employees on line who you can see are doing their best givin the circumstances. One night in the store an employee fed a customer French fries that she has swept up from the floor over the counter, I now hear she is becoming a manager, how disgusting.
Friendly and professional staff, received fresh food in a timely manner. The fries were the best I’ve ever had and I would highly recommend this location.
I like FiveGuys and this location is fine. The order comes fast most of the times, place is kept clean, I never had a messed-up order either. It's the closest location to me, we eat here regularly. Great location to grab something to eat after a nice day at Stony Creek...
