Erma's has the best tasting frozen custard thay I have ever had. This is a very popular place in the area. I once worked here as a teenager and it really has evolved since bac then. All of this being said, I couldn't give Erma's a five star rating simply because of the dollar value to portion size. A medium sized chocolate/vanilla twist here is like a small every where else. It still tastes great but you just don't get much for your money.
Custard is good, it would be nice to have consistency. I have been going here 35 years and this is first year I have to guess whether I am getting the correct size. Could be the New normal because lack of help but ordered a medium and got a small, I tried to explain it because I could tell the lady was new but she basically didn't listen. I now wait until a busy time and make sure the sizing is accurate before ordering.
Awesome. It's been awhile since I've been there. Took my two grandchildren and it we all enjoyed it. I had the strawberry short cakeAnd the girls had a vanilla cone with sprinkles. Plus the sitting area was very clean. Impressive!
Great custard, tons to choose from, the line is long but it moves really fast. They do a great of honoring any requests you make. This custard stand is a must-visit every time we're in the area.
My bf and I LOVE erma's! The first time I came to Michigan, I was introduced to it and now that I live here, we've gotten it plenty of times already. Great quality, great customization, kind staff, and just a good time.
My wife and I always meet up with our family on Sunday for a frozen custard. It's a nice visit for a delicious treat. They're a bit pricey, however, we get hugs and treats
This establishment has been in Utica for years. My grandparents took us there when we were just small kids. Now in my 50's and looking back, It was always a great treat back then and still a great treat now. The Traverse City Cherry Chip was delicious.
It was very good as usual. We did ask for dark chocolate flavor. We got the chocolate, but it didn't seem dark. No matter, it was always very good there. I love going there.
The custard is always so creamy and tasty! We went on both Thursday and Friday for the flavor of the week, dark chocolate. It was fun standing in line and talking to people. The woman in line behind us had never been there. Her reaction after tasting the custard for the first time should be a commercial for Erma's. She about fell over exclaiming this is so good!
