ordered a dove chocolate and salted caramel sundae - 2 a scoops to go.Received 1 scoop of chocolate syrup no caramel.I was not happy that I paid $4 plus for such a chincy serving and was motivated enough by not receiving the caramel sundae to write this accurate review.disappointed.....
Not a fan of butter burgers, but when I need a chocolate shake, this is where we go. I found out that the spicey chicken is good too.Edit: the onion rings are not bad. Probably won't get the chicken strips again.
Horrible Customer Service…. Ordered a mini concrete mixer with oreo and heath. I ate a bite or two and realized they didn’t put the health in there. Went back to see if they could remake it and said since I already took a bite out of it they couldn’t remake it, give me a side of heath or do anything. Obviously i’m going to eat it expecting what i wanted in it. Lady at drive through pretended to be manager when I called to complain 2 seconds after. Horrible staff at this location . If you want people to come back then do something for messing up what i paid for.. don’t recommend this location.
Very fresh burgers and fries. With your drink cup from your order you have the option to refill your cup again and again with your favorite or pick out a new flavor :)
Food is good. Better than typical fast food, but the restaurant was dirty, and the tables smelled like dirty socks. Probably need to change the water and rag they wipe with more often.
This place is a sick joke. I don't recommend anyone to go here. Went through the drive thru to get two concrete mixers. Waited in line. They were pulling cars as normal. But they had so many cars pulled it was backing up the drive thru line. A parked car decided to back up and almost hit me as I pulled to the window. I sat there for 5 minutes or so and I was ignored. No one even opened the window. There was someone standing there but ignoring me at the window. I drove off. This place needs better employees. Let alone the people that live in the area are awful.
As always, I spent roughly 1 more minute in the drive through and $1 more compared to any other fast food places. However, all of the food was higher quality, the workers were more friendly, and it was a borderline sit-down-restaurant eating experience. Love this place!
The older women is very friendly. She’s really kind and made sure are food was fresh and it’s a great place for family just for a quick lunch or dinner.
It was great! First time ever eating there,can't wait to go back great food and service! The milk shake was especially a favorite!
The last 2 times I've been here, I've seen the same woman be down right rude to customers. She got huffy when we asked if we could have our cups when we find in. We pretty much chalked it up to a bad day bad I too work in a fast pace customer service environment. This time, went through the drive-thru and after shoving the drink at me through the window, I started to ask for ketchup and she slammed the window shut half way through my question. Not gently shut the window but actually slammed it. As someone who does operations and customer service management, that kind of behavior is unacceptable especially since we've seen it EVERY time we come in and she is working. Every other worker is fantastic, friendly and the food is always what we order. We would've given 5 stars if it weren't for her horrendous attitude and rudeness.
