Took my granddaughter to see Mirabel. The staff was amazing. Food was great!
Good food... good atmosphere. The waiter was very nice ... definitely recommend!
If I could give zero stars I would but unfortunately that’s not an option. Recently I had arrived at kids night for my reservation that I had made over the phone for myself, my mother, 2 year old, and 6 month old baby so my toddler could see Minnie Mouse. This would have been my 4th time to attend kids night. Upon arrival of my reservation (We we’re the first ones there, no other family’s were there yet) I was told my table was at a high top bar table. As I was carrying my 6 month old baby in her carrier car seat I was told I had no choice but to sit there due to them being booked. I looked around and said there was plenty of other seating as I could not allow my 6 month old baby to be in her car seat carrier on a high top table as she could fall off. Not only that, my 2 year old recently started sitting in a chair on her own and she could not sit at a high top table either due to the risk of falling and getting hurt. I was told by the manager (a male manager) that I did not have a choice other than to sit there. I was appalled and advised when making the reservation I said the ages of the children and yet he still decided to put me at that table. Then I was told they could not accommodate me for their mistake. I ended up leaving the establishment with a toddler who was so upset because all she wanted to see was Minnie Mouse. The manager was extremely rude and not accommodating in a mistake that was made by him. I was told there was no other seating. I looked around and noticed an empty restaurant that had “no seating” for my family and I. I will never be back to this establishment and will tell everyone I know to never go here ever again due to the poor service!
Arrived for St. Patrick's day. No less than 10 kids running around the patio, with a rented dude in a unicorn costume that was doing everything he could not to strangle them.
I contacted Ciccarelli's about a very poor experience we had there, due to lack of knowledge of the server. We are over charged for the buffet by $20. Instead of crediting our card back, I was offered a gift card. It has been a month and i still haven't received the gift card. I messaged them again about it, and they never responded. Very poor service.
This bar it’s just about the money! Pay cover charge $10-$20 never let me know in for free every Saturday I’m customer spend allot of money! Plus there get the tips of my credit card and top of that i tips them! The waitress it’s so rude on the floor ! The boss it’s all the time stay on the corner but not do nothing his rude to !

This place has turned to a disaster. Menu is limited , seats are now limited so they can serve those who prefer to dance and not eat still at 7pm and maybe catch the wings game. What a huge disappointment. Never coming here again.
Haven't been there in quite a while as we've moved. Nice remodel. Our nachos we're huge and delish. Bartender was friendly and attentive
