Every time I go to this location my family and I always receive cold food with stale chips. I went the other day and picked up my double steak burrito that was smaller than my hand and on top of it smaller than my sisters burrito who got single meat? This doesn’t make sense right? I will make sure my next chipotle order is at a different location. I will take the longer drive for better service and food! I wish there was an option for zero stars!

I’ve honestly tried to give this location a chance. But there is always consistently something wrong, and based on the reviews below, I see that I’m not the only person who feels this way. I fully understand there is an employee shortage, and I wouldn’t fathom being audacious enough to write a review if that was the only issue at hand. However, this location has had their issues prior to COVID. And there are 2 other chipotle locations within a 10 mile distance, and rarely ever have these issues. Often times, if it’s the middle of the day, this location will be out of ingredients. Every.single.time. And by the rare chance they happen to have everything in stock, the burrito is poorly made, and the bowl has an uneven amount of portions. Sadly, save your time and energy, and go to the Hall road location instead. Like I mentioned, I really wanted to give this location a chance. But the amount of inconsistencies has driven me away.

Ordered online twice from this place in the past 6 months and each time I went to pick up my food the place was closed. Why would the online feature be active if the place isn’t even open? Pretty ridiculous

Multiple times I have left work for lunch, pullup to the place and they just have signs hanging on there windows that it’s online orders only. Not only is it a waste of my lunch break but also if you call to see if they are doing that or not, no one answers. Is this Chipotle just ran by a bunch of kids? Any management involved in this poor service location? I go to many Chipotles and have never seen anything like this, might as well just be shut down. Who wants to order online only and receive a kids meal portion?

Great customer service. Tried the Pollo asado...out of this world! Very flavorful with slight spicing.

Why do you keep sending me to a virtual rep when I have a serious issue with my food? I found this tonight 2 bites into my bowl. I’m not sure if it’s skin or plastic or what but it’s huge. Not sure how that was missed when preparing it but I’m glad I didn’t choke on it. Your virtual assistant want kind enough to offer me BOGO on my next order but this is actually disgusting ?. Minimum I should get a refund on my bowl

The tall young man with the braces knows how to make a bowl. Plus they ran out of brown rice and he went back and made it, then came back apologized and fulfilled my order while others looked like they were not doing much. He’s the real most valuable employee there. Just wanted to say thank you and it was absolutely the best bowl I’ve had from there in a while. This places was always a hit or miss but I hope I get this experience every time.

Food counter had containers with mixed foods, I had steak and beans in my rice when I had ordered neither. It was messy and I have always had problems with this Chipotle location. The portions are always pushing the limits and when you pay for a 10 dollar burrito bowl and the bowl isn’t even half full it’s horrible. Why use such a large bowl to have it filled halfway. I do not blame the employees for this issue, I blame management. I have also on several occasions ordered online for pickup and and could not get my food because the chipotle was closed. On top of it all, whenever I have had an issue regarding one of these matters, I am sent to message a computer, which always leads to “no employee being available to talk” and that they will contact back when they get a chance (which never happens.) Save your time and money and go to the lakeside location where you will get more portion and cleanliness.

I went inside to order and the women who made my food was absolutely amazing, however the employee who was chasing everyone out was completely disorganized and all over the place. I did not see a name tag on her uniform however she had very short hair. She walked away from the customer before me that was cashing out to answer a phone call and started running around the store while on the phone. She finally told the customer on the phone that she was going to put her on hold. Once it was my turn to cash out, the employee immediately walked away from me and went back to the phone. The women who made my meal looked over in shock and came over and finished the transaction. One thing I know with being in retail is that you put the customers in the physical store first. Really bad experience

Don't know how to properly prepare an order unless you are allowed into the store and watching them. Which is very rare! Don't order there chips, they will be old or you will pay $3 for 10-15 chips. Would never order from this Chipotle again! They are incompetent of doing there jobs at this location!
