Came in was met promptly and seated. Ordered a Bloody Mary, Spouse ordered a beer from tap selection. No advertised "accoutrements" were added to Bloody Mary, simply a slice of lime, plus if there was any vodka in it, it was so weak it barely passed as flavored tomato juice. Wife's beer was flat. Requested 2 beers but they were out of both brands.Little taken aback at price charged for chips and salsa, but the quantity of chips was probably close to a good bags worth and being freshly made, they were good. Salsa and Guac were good and refills of salsa were offered. Servers were pretty efficient, water, plenty of napkins and clean silverware in overwrap presented at seating. Wife got a 3 variety selection of items she thought was good. Classic nacho with beef was slightly overdone but edible, although ingredients were sparse. Management did make an effort to interact with diners. Overall thought it was "OK" but they'll have to up their game for us to return. There are far more restaurants in the area that can knock this type of fare out of the park at a better price point.
Quick and easy to grab some quesadillas for a late dinner. The food was great. The staff was great. The 2 pops had way too much ice in them though, a few sips and nothing left to drink, hence the loss of the 5th star.
Really disappointed. Several groups left tonight, our family included, because their staff was told not to seat people in the restaurant because the door dash orders had to be filled first. I felt bad for the waitress that came forward and said please put someone in her section section but the hostess told her the manager said to make the patrons (that took the time to come in) the carry out comes first.
My boyfriend and I came in around 10pm Saturday evening and sat down at table 33. Jake was our waiter and provided the most exceptional customer service we have seen in quite some time. From his friendly personality to his infectious smile, his top priority was making sure we had the most amazing experience at Chili’s! He is so good at his job that he didn’t even need to write our order down on a notepad. Talk about memory skills at its finest!I called the restaurant two days later to speak with the manager and let them know how special our experience was and to give Jake the recognition he deserves. I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric the GM. Let me just say, Eric you are doing a phenomenal job displaying what it means to be a positive role model to your employees. To hear you jumped on the line to help cook when the evening rush came in shows true character of what a leader is and should be. I can definitely see why your business thrives because of your dedication and commitment to training your employees to make sure they treat the customers like family.My boyfriend and I haven’t been to a Chili’s in over 15 years and from this experience alone, we’re willing to drive an hour just to come to your restaurant and your restaurant only in the future. Thank you so much Jake & Eric for making our date night truly magical and memorable. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone local or out of state if you want to create lasting memories.
Scammed me out of $10...They don't offer DoorDash, so I ordered via Chili's.com Then they send my order via DoorDash, but since it isn't offered for you, I got no perks for my DoorDash account I already pay for. They charged me an extra $10 on top of the already up charged menu prices, and yes that's $10 more after my total, tax, and tip.$30 for a single $12 entree delivered 1/4 mile away.Food was so cold upon arrival I may as well as dumpster dive for leftovers.Never ordering online or delivery EVER AGAIN.
Food was not good. Gnats were all over. Server was over the top. There was food on the bottom of my plate...to which she sarcastically asked..do you want a new plate? At least it's on the bottom, she expressed.Leaving me to wonder what the kitchen looks like.Not happy

By far the best Chili's. I have been here twice and both times had excellent service, great waiter and the food was great.
I had a great experience at this location. Starting with the host/door greeter, Liam was very kind and respectful to all the customers as we all walked in he was a gentleman just in the way he took care of all the customers. Our waiter Jake was very respectful kind and served us with a smile the whole time. And I enjoyed watching the manager doing a great job going from table to table checking that with the customers making sure everything was to their liking. This was only my second time eating at Chili's and the food was great I definitely will be coming back The experience was out of this world amazing. You both made our evening very nice. I couldn't have asked for a better experience Thank you guys I will be back.
Veterans day meal out. Can always count on a good dining experience here. Great food. Great staff.
