The food was absolutely amazing the service was incredible would recommend I would like to mention though I went during A off hour 2 o’clock on a Monday to be specific so keep that in mind and they put live flowers at the table I will save this parking lot was very hard to figure out
Chick-fil-A is the best in business...ppl of all ages likes them very much. This particular location was very busy while I was there. But there are plenty of personnel to guide you to proper channel, taking order and delivering them asap. The huge lineup moves very fast and you can get out pretty quickly. Check this out...
The drive through line is weird, the people directing you in the parking lot is weird, the lady took our order before we even got to the menu board so we had no idea what was even on it (hard to believe I know but this was our first visit) The food was good, there was nothing on the chicken sandwich, just bread and chicken. No sauce with the nuggets at all. I mean it was good food and all, but I must be missing something on the hype.
Best restaurant chain in the world in terms of food quality, taste and customer service. They are in a league of their own. The smile and enthusiasm in the face of their employees while they service goes a long way to prove they are a happy company and hence a successful one in satisfying their customers.Because of huge demand drive through is almost always full of cars but their efficient handling makes the waiting time comparatively slower than others.All in all a must eat place for everyone.
No other fast food restaurant like it. They far surpass all others in taste, quality and the friendliness and professionalism of those that work there. It's nice to be treated like a valued customer instead of being treated like a bother and inconvenience by so many of their competitors. I am always very impressed by their staff's ability to move the long lines through quickly and efficiently. It's a well run operation.
Me and my family went as in my fiance our two kids and myself We went this would be our fifth time we went through drive-thru, drive-thru was a tad speedy and we ordered the large mac and cheese and we also ordered the farmers salad We added on a chicken sandwich That my fiance wanted made it a meal and I'm assuming automatically that fries comes with your meal We got home and we finally took everything out of the bag and there were no fries I'm so very disappointed about that because usually there are some very casually prompt team members handling everything I know they get swamped pretty easily and fairly quickly but long story short We ordered the meal but they forgot our fries Not to mention we went at night time so we couldn't see everything in the bag that we ordered but I did check for the salad which was in its own bag the mac and cheese was in its own bag and when we added on the chicken sandwich meal that was placed in its own bag as well!!!
Very nice people, great vibes, busy restaurant with fresh fast food they try to accommodate you as much as possible. You may have to wait a little bit but it is worth it. You can see the people work very hard and help each other to get orders out as quickly as possible.
My 2nd time at any Chock-fil-A and my 1st time getting lunch. I was however disappointed at 10:40am when I got to the lady standing outside to take my order and she informed me that breakfast was over. Oh well, I received the best Mac and Cheese I’ve ever had from a drive through and in this area lately. I now understand why the line is always so long. My spicy chicken sandwich was also very good and not overly spicy. The chicken was juice and bread was really soft. Fast service considering the line, 10min from order to receipt of food. I will return again.
The drive thru line was wrapped around the parking lot(in front of the businesses) and I almost decided to leave the line but I timed the wait and it ended up only being 32 minutes! Not bad for a Saturday night (everyones-been-out-shopping-and-are-hungry kind of line!! It was, of course, worth the wait!!!That review was around Christmas time! Now, end of February and you can now walk in and order to go OR order and EAT IN!!! YEAH!! FINALLY!!! And ended up being MUCH faster than waiting in that long line outside! Plus when you are inside you get free refills on drinks!!
This is the slowest Chick-fil-A location I have ever been to. The lack of curbside spots really hurts too.On average you can expect to wait at least 15 minutes or more if you have a mobile order.Also if you order Mac & Cheese you'll either get a half full container like I did, or they'll be out of it.
