I love Burger King I have never had a problem with it ever but never go to the Burger King on 23 and Schoenherr Shelby twp. I had the worse experience there so I came up in the drive through and there was an older lady and she was very rude to begin with when I was ordering my food after ordering I drove up to the window I was like hello how is your day to her she completely ignored what I said so I handed her my card. And waited like 2 minutes for her to hand me my food she passed my food to me and said “k have a good night” I said okay thank you and drove away so as I was driving I realized she didn’t give me my card so I drove all the way back and pulled up to the drive through again and I said hii I’m sorry I was just here and didn’t get my card back and she says to me oh yah I tried giving it to you but you drove away and she said it in a way that was very disrespectful and rude and that not what happened completely lied about it I will never order food here again they treated me so horrible I work in food service for a couple years now and would never treat my customers that way.
Usually no wait in the drive thru. And it's good for a burger King. Know what it is. It's fast food. Not very cheap though is your getting some a few big items
Tried this Burger King a few times since it opened. Every time I’ve been disappointed. Drive thru is always 20+ min no matter what time of day. Order has been wrong half the time. Even ordering inside has long waits for a simple order. Seems well staffed so not sure what the issue is. Used to work at BK when I was a teen and know it shouldn’t be like this unless management doesn’t have a handle on things. Unfortunately done giving this location second chances.
Usually the associates are friendly and helpful. Their fries lately have been dry and bland I wish they would start adding salt to their fries.
I come to this BK every weekday morning at about 7:30 on my way to work for a sandwich and/or coffee. The advertised hours show they open at 6 am. Several times over the past 6-8 weeks when I come through at 7:30 (1.5 hours after they are supposed to be open) all the lights are on, but no one is home.I understand staffing issues these days. Lots of businesses are experiencing this. However, if you're NOT open, DON'T turn on the lights and act like you're open. I don't have time to wait in a drive through line while everyone else in front of me waits to find out that the restaurant isn't open. Give us a sign. Keep the lights off and the drive through menu boards off until you're open. If you can't serve me, let me know at first glance so I can take my business elsewhere and not waste my precious before shift time.
I enjoy the breakfast ?But their indoor dining is never open anymore.
usually BK is an awesome hamburger joint!! usually the hamburgers are delicious and Fries are usually delicious but everything seemed to come out for the order like it's been sitting for awhile.. fries are dry Whopper tasteless. Now on the other hand employers were kind considerate and fast ..I won't give up and B K ..I'll just try it again it might have just been a bad batch
The staff in my experience is always kind and respectful, I never have to wait very long for food, so five out of five good work.
They have raised their prices so much that they are about 2x the price as the Burger King at 23 Mile and Van Dyke. I ordered a Jr Wopper with cheese in small combo with fries and coke. It was $9.11 after tax! Then on top of being the highest priced Burger King in the area, the burger was cold and the fries were on the older side but better then the burger. I'm not a fry person either. Will not go back again.! I'll go a mile down with fresh food and 1/2 the price on Van Dyke.
