This place is so nasty.... Today is going to be my last visit. Got an original chicken sandwich meal. Chicken was hard n cold. Bun was the same. This sandwich was probably a door dash order from an hour ago that was never picked up. How did I come to this conclusion you ask? Well for starters the bottom of the bag was soggy from sitting and the fries were cold and old. I didn't even bother complaining about it because last time I did all she said was they are short staffed. I get it so is everyone else. I don't understand what low staff has to do with serving old food but ok I guess. Looks like it's back to McDonald's for me.
Don’t ask for the 2 for 10 any more, the whoppers are not longer on that deal, they will give you 2 small burger sandwiches, not even worth the 5 dollars for a meal. You better be clear with your advertisement.
Review on the Shelby Mi Burger King. Great fresh fries and the drink was refreshing. The service was alright and quick.
This is the best place to get your breakfast at, the crew is very friendly and the food is hot and made the way you like it. They open on time and you never half to wait very long for your order
I always ask them to cook my food so it's hot and fresh. They never once told me to wait for it. I insist they they cook it fresh and they lie and say it just finished cooking. Food wasn't fresh. Fries soggy, chicken was dry and over cooked. They when I take the survey to complain. They tell me I can get a free whopper with purchase of fries and a drink!!! Lol. Keep it! I won't come back. Taco bell next door...way better ?

Every time I eat here it reminds me of why I hate Burger King! I had a chicken sandwich this time, which was overcooked, and should be embarrassed to call itself a sandwich!
Really good Burger King! Despite being busy they were fast and it was Halloween!? Food was still hot even after 4 mile drive home. Friendly drive thru guys!?
Gave me chicken sandwiches with a rock hard exterior and tough chewy interior. When I talked to management she said “oh it could be raw”. And then proceeded to say that she wasn’t going to do anything for us and hung up the phone. absolutely disgusting I would literally steer clear of this place at all costs
Selling raw chicken, obviously employees need training and better management. Will never eat at this location again.
