Just not good with portions here. Very cheap overall. Trying to upsell with the questions that they ask versus the questions they don’t ask. I told the owner I wanted a three-piece dark, he offered me a half chicken, I said three piece dark and he said are you sure? The side items he gave were on the small side he could’ve fit more in the container. Especially the vegetables, which are not as expensive, he did not have to be so skimpy. I’ll show you a picture of what the, of what most of the male look like, I had already started to eat one drumstick lol.

Don't even bother with this place. They don't have half their menu when they manage to open st all. JUst like tonight when he said they are only serving white meat because they don't have enough chicken to make dark meat. My food was terrible when I got home, I went back to ask for a refund because nobody answered the phone. When I got there the manager says sorry should of brought all the food back I'm not doing anything for you.

I had an issue with an order almost two weeks ago and can’t even get a resolution since no one will answer the phone and their supposed area manager will not reply to an email. This is completely unacceptable. Our order had raw chicken, RAW chicken!

This place has gone to [email protected] since covid. At one point taking online orders while they were closed. It took almost a week and a negative corporate review to get in contact with anyone for a refund. Since then the clearly do not have sanitation standards and the people seem miserable. There is a major lack of customer service and the most important part, the food! They’ll let you wait in line for 30 mins only to tell you they are out of everything. I rarely take time to do these reviews but this one is warranted as we have attempted to have a positive experience here a half dozen times since 2020 and had 0 success. This place needs new management or needs to close its doors ASAP! I look forward to seeing a reply....

Been a customer before, not a fan of the food has always made me feel ill, the meats are dry, and KFC has better sides. The reason for the 1 star rating though is as a dasher. They have been out of turkey and ribs for a few days now but continue to sell it on the doordash website and expect delivery drivers to inform their customers that turkey and ribs are now discontinued. This is disingenuous to their customers when they could just remove it from the doordash website or mark it as out of stock. Its not a dashers job to manage your menu. When I told them this is not my job and left they yelled after me to never come back. This won't be a problem as the food is terrible and the staff have anger management issues. The way I'm looking at it is by rejecting orders from this place now, I am saving people from their food.

Trying to Grubhub and they accepted my offer. Stood outside for 20 minutes waisting mine and my customers time, while they stand inside the locked store and ignore me. The order and name is clearly on the screen. Only showing on the door taking online orders only. Hours have not been change online for guests or at this location. Beyond aggravating!

This place was the best one in michigan when the previous owner was around she really knew how to run it.So to the food mashed was just okThe mac and cheese was really runny its not that hard to make.The Chicken was the most disappointing part of the meal totally dry with a rubbery skin and I seen why they have so much pre made when itsSupposed to be made to order.Please avoid this location

Ordered food online couple of times from Hall road location. The order was accepted and got confirmation email. Went there to find the restaurant closed. No apology email or explanation for this from management. If you try calling them no one picks up the phone. Very arrogant chain.

Since you won’t answer your phone, don’t accept messages and your customer service is unavailable, I am forced to post this here: Charged $13.26 TWICE on Jan 16 for food that I never received. Apparently store was closed. So no food for us, notified over an hour after I placed order. Very inconvenient & disappointing for my family. So I’m out $27 for food I didn’t get. WHY hasn’t my refund been applied to my bank yet?? It’s not personally your fault but my patience is wearing thin. This constitutes FRAUD as I was charged for services Unrendered TWICE! THIS SERVES AS LEGAL NOTICE! Honestly, I think you refund me more than the price I was charged, as I had to deal w/ the inconvenience, checking bank account constantly, and notifying you today. My time should be compensated for. Any and all future correspondence as to this matter will be billed at my regular hourly rate, except for prompt complete resolution of damages incurred. My husband and I ordered dinner online from here tonight at 6pm and when my husband went to pick up the order, the employees were closing up early for the night because many food options were out of stock. I understand that and am not mad about them running out of food, but that means we lost money and a $5 gift card we used also when ordering. Could there be some way of updating the online ordering system to not allow payments if the food supply is running low? Also it sucks that we basically have to cancel our order by calling our credit card company.. the employees that were still there could not give my husband a refund.
