The service was great, but the over iced coffee did not taste the same as it usually does.
Very sweet and professional staff! I just started going here and I love it! They have special deals each day and affordable prices for coffee. Plus it’s tastes fresh and delicious everytime. I’m happy I found my new coffee place!
They wouldn’t accept my old receipt (from two days prior) to get a point toward biggby rewards. The girl didn’t even ask her manager. I explained the coffee is more expensive than Starbucks and I wasn’t asked for the rewards scanned that time so naturally it was forgotten. She said they don’t ask? I have been asked almost every time in drive through. Even Starbucks asks each time. I was hoping they would make it right considering I go multiple times a week and support a local Mi owned coffee place. Disappointed with the prices being so high they couldn’t even assist.

Staff is always friendly and our dog enjoys the treats. Usually have to ask them to make our coffee extra hot as it is not usually warm and to make sure it is stirred well, but the staff is always happy to accommodate!
I am a coffee lover. This biggby NEVRR disappoints. There is ALWAYS kindness no matter the time and they have a military discount which is something that means alot to me personally.Thank you all for such awesome service.
I don’t usually have problems with this location but as of recently a certain staff member has been giving me a incorrect order even after repeating myself multiple times when ordering. Today I took the incorrect order after paying, let the people behind me go because it was extremely slow... got back in line and asked for the correct order. The manager wanted to argue instead of fixing their mistakes so I asked for my money back. I will never visit this sorry location again. And as a business owner myself will NEVER try to argue with a customer. Fix the problem or give people their money back. It was rude and unprofessional. No wonder you’re under staffed over there. Do your jobs or quit.
I pulled up last night to the window at 5:59pm (not knowing they close at 6) and the girls helped me no problem!!! I was getting a coffee for my elderly Mother and just ordered a medium black, and they brought it right out!I usually go to Tim Hortons next door because it's usually a lineup at Biggby. But last night Tim Hortons said they were closed, it was 5:55pm. There was no one in line, so I zipped over here to Biggby. I'm glad I did, they rock, and the medium over here is larger, and a buck cheaper!!!No wonder why there's always a line here and not next door!This place rocks! Thank you ladies!
