I had heard good things about big joes so I thought to give them a first time try. (We are new to the area) we were very disappointed the chicken was very dry and it looked to be overdone. The outer part was very dark. Nothing beats “the chicken place” in Roseville. A bit far for me now.?

Got a carry out here for the first time. Was delicious. Got tenders, potatoes, and coleslaw, all were very good. Way better than the chain places and cheaper too. Workers were all very pleasant. Our new go to for chicken. Would highly recommend!
If you love broasted chicken and potatoes, you mist get their carry out. You will need double the Cole slaw to go with your generous potatoes! We love getting Big Joe's on our "No Cook Fridays"!
i never write reviews but man this place was amazing. staff was very friendly. I've never had broasted chicken, its like fried, so crispy, but without all the oil. the potatoes were amazing and the ribs fell right off the bone. definitely making this place a new go to
The broasted chicken wings and potatoes are delicious! They are seasoned beautifully! The staff/family is very nice and welcoming also!
I've been going here for 10 plus years.The food is always really good.Every coworker I recommended it to loves them. They were on our list of Christmas choices to cater our party.This is the only restarunt where the owner runs to deliver it hot.Love the Cole slaw.
You really can't beat this place for fried chicken and fish. Family meal feeds my family is 7 well and the quality is wonderful.
Havent been here in a couple years but i grew up with it as kid. Fish was soggy and overcooked, ribs were burned and full of gelatinous fat, coleslaw was great, tartar sauce was odd with dill weed in it i preferred the old way you guys did it... buns were a little hard. Potatoes were bland and tasted like oil. Kinda have buyers remorse. Spent 50$ and i dont really care to eat any of it.. My past experiences i love leftover big joes and everything was spot on, not this time though.
Best tarter sauce!! Always get extra. Love the fish and chicken combo with the broasted potatoes.
