The taco salad I had here was very good. Fresh lettuce and not skimpy on the toppings. I ate inside and the lobby and dining area was immaculate. Although there was an expected line during the lunch rush, my order was filled within seconds of placing my order. Very friendly staff ... I will definitely visit this Wendy's again.
The chicken sandwich and fries were fresh and hot. Was good. Very polite employees.
I have been going to the drive-thru at this location for 4 years. Consistently pretty good service and the chili at this store is better than most other Wendy's.However, for the first time I went inside to order and while the food was still good quality, the service was lacking. It's pretty clear that they prioritize the drive-through customers over the interior customers. I counted 15 vehicles going through the drive-thru has three of us were being waited on inside. 25 minutes for a chili and a baked potato. Still good food... for a Wendy's. But management needs to place a higher priority on the inside customers.Still getting them five stars because I've been a satisfied customer for quite a while. But you need to know... Don't go inside to order.
I like Wendy’s for there Frostys which were excellent. Of Course the Bacon Cheesburger and the potatoes are always good. Always ask for extra sour cream because the potatoes are big!! For being in a truck stop the takeout went smooth not a lot of waiting.
Rude customer service. Told me I couldnt order a salad at 10:40am because they were just switching over for lunch, but I also couldn't order breakfast. Asked what I could order and they said it would just be a wait. Ordered a salad again, wanted to make 1 customization and was told I couldn't because they are premade. Wendy's website says made fresh everyday.
Just left Wendy’s Terrible service Employee name Tamika was very rude and doesn't seem like she knows what she’s doing. I called before I came I didn’t get a answer. They claim they were out of everything i ordered Then messed up my food I won’t be going back no time soon
I arrived at 11:30 P.m.Monday June 13 at this Wendy's One young girl and a manager working Stand in line for 15 minutes With no greeting as they stood right in front of me At the deep fryers Waiting only on drive-thru people When the girl finally approached me I told her I wanted a $5 biggie bag She then proceeded to tell me we only cook chicken So I Waited in line for 15 minutes to waste my time to be told they only serve chicken
Not to many people working, they tried, food was a little slow, still good tho.
Never have a good experience at this location, rude customer service in lobby. Always forget something on the order a sauce a fry or even a burger. I do not recommend at all.
Best chili I've ever had from Wendy's! Added cheese and chopped onions, yum!! Fast, friendly service to boot!
