We stopped for a quick bite on July 9th. There were so many flies on the condiment stand. They were smaller adult flies and several of them. Which made me wonder what was dead, and how could an establishment accrue that many flies. We were disgusted. I made a comment and not one employee acknowledged the issue. We left. We won't ever go back.
SUPER slow! Staff doesn't care and isn't even polite. We left the drive thru after speaking to them. I'll spend my money elsewhere.
Good food, the service everytime I have had food from here the people have been friendly. Reason for the low rating is you can be the second vehicle in the drive thru and still be waiting 15 minutes to even get to the order box
Slow. Building is dirty. Drive thru window is so filthy you cant see through it. Never got a receipt do I could leave a survey. Frosty was runny. Waiting 30min for food in drive thru.
If I could give this Wendy's zero stars, I would. Waited 45 mins in the drive thru and still got my order wrong many times. When I went in asked for the manager, he or she was nowhere to be found. What a joke. If I were you I would go to any other Wendy's, but this one.
Incredibly dirty. Way too understaffed. Every single time gone my order is missing something or.wrong...and I wait in drive through line for well over an hour. It really needs an overhaul.
We ordered 2 biggie bags and a chicken sandwich they make us wait in the drive thru for ten minutes then don't have the right food there speaker is broken staff was rude makes us come in for are money back not happy at all and another thing got us wasting gas when we traveled over here from the Southside of Saginaw to bring them business can't believe it and made us wait forever to get a refund I wasted that money in gas thanks Wendy's then said we don't do refunds unbelievable I would not recommend this place the manager had to call a high up person must not of explained or situation to them this was total garbage I worked at a Wendy's years ago in traverse city and it was top notch even understaffed this place was a joke everyone needs retraining I thought the customer was always right not in this case I feel like I got robbed
stood at counter for 10 minutes trying to order a frosty. I don't know if they need more staff or what but that's ridiculous. I got sick of standing there with no one helping me so I just left. I can imagine if you're trying to order some hot food.
We like Wendys, but the location on state street in saginaw michigan has gotten our order wrong more than any other place, and has had the longest line wait. I'd rather go to the Gratiot location.
The service was fast and friendly. The food was great! If you're up for fast food lunch in Jackson, this is a great option.
