My review keeps getting deleted so I'll co tinge to post it. 2 weeks ago we walked in with no one else in the restaurant. Got seated right away. 15 minutes go by and our drink order still wasn't taken. Of course we were sat in the back corner. All the employees were by the bar having a great time laughing. We continued to sit for 5 minutes and ended up walking out. Not a single person said a thing to us as they watched us walk out.
Decent restaurant to sit down and have a meal. The stuff chicken is a good dish to order and the loaded mashed potatoes compliment the chicken. The drinks are pretty good as well. I would recommend this place for some good food.
We really enjoyed our dine in experience. We went on 4th of July around dinner time. No wait to get seated. It was very clean and service was quick. The pizza was great as usual (I've had unos since I was a kid and the only close location was birch run). My only disappointment was that they couldn't sing happy birthday to embarrass my partner lol! Hope you bring that back sometime!
Service and food was excellent so hard to find both in today's world. I had slab of ribs have enough left over for 2 meals. Mary had 12 oz steak cooked perfect. TY for a great meal and outstanding service
I waited over about 35 minutes at curbside and finally had to walk in. I called 15 minutes after I arrived and they said they would be right out. When I walked in all my food was sitting in a warmer under the register. I'm guessing it had been sitting there awhile. Curbside is not something they do well. Dining in seemed to be nice though when I went the previous time.
After enjoying G's pizzeria, decided to give Uno's a shot. Curbside orders in the past that did go well. The food was yummy, but the service stunk. We didn't get or get asked about refills on our drinks and the drinks also tasted a bit odd. Definitely will be returning to G's in the near future
Honestly one of the best places in the area. They had a rough start when they first opened but have since then really turned things around. Staff is very friendly, the food is always good, and the ambience is great too. I haven’t ordered something I haven’t liked. Their vegetarian pizza is outstanding, one of the best I’ve ever had and their pastas are awesome too. Parking is plentiful. You won’t regret visiting this place!
Our server remembered me from a Sunday lunch visit last year! She is professional, effective and efficient. We have a very low key meal after my health care provider spouse worked 4 12-hr days followed by a slightly shorter Friday. We had an awesome time to connect after the long work week which was most appreciated. The only issue is you have too many beers on tap so choosing was a nice problem. :)We will be back
the best place to have good food& drinks and unbelievable atmosphere ....their vegi pizza is out of this world
I love the original Uno in Chicago, and frequent the Birch Run restaurant. I drove into Saginaw for lunch but the hostess told me I couldn’t sit at an empty table apart from the noisy old ladies in the dining room because there’s only one waitress who can’t cover the tables another 3 yards away. Then the standoffish waitress told me I couldn’t get the lunch special I came for because it was slightly outside of lunch hours, wouldn’t try to work out a solution, didn’t apologize, and couldn’t even tell me how much more I’d be paying at the regular dinner price.Rude and unprofessional service, and no masks; the Birch Run shop appears to be managed much better. I left without eating. Two stars because I’m sure the pizza would’ve been delicious.
