Party of five for dinner. Hubby and I ordered the burritos and the sauce that they drenched it in had a burnt taste. The inside meat and beans were like paste. I used to order this all the time and will never again. The waitress came back on a fly by asking how our food was and never came back to ask about drink refills. Kitchen service was slow and weird…we all got our hot food much faster (10+minutes) than a simple grilled chicken salad. Tonight’s experience was disappointing to say the least.
Tony’s Fashion Square Blvd location is a Saginaw stable that never disappoints. Our favorite Tony’s is the Fashion Square Blvd location because it’s the cleanest, friendliest and most conveniently located. Our waitress, Kelsi, was swamped, but she got our order done perfectly and quickly. The food isn’t fancy, but it’s prepared to order, the portions are huge and always quite good. The menu options include something for everyone from breakfast to full entrees. The Napolitano bread is amazing. The only negative part of our visit is that it’s very cold in the restaurant. Keep your coat on cold. The air conditioning and fans were running, despite 60’s temperatures outside. Overall, highly recommend. Just wish it wasn’t so cold inside!!
Literally just ate there spent 40$ and took two bites. French toast wasn't cooked had raw egg, chicken strips taste like fish, steak sandwich was disgusting couldn't even drink the pop because it taste like chlorine water of money

Piece of shard or sharp metal was in my food cutting my tongue. Call them to report what happened was not greeted with empathy in fact both waitress and manager got on the phone as if I messed up their day. Mgr rude saying it probably came off the fryer or something there’s nothing I can do. I will refund you if you bring the metal back in or replace your order then says okay bye and hangs up the phone. Not the fact my tongue is cut no apologies or nothing. Guess I will not be returning and will definitely be reporting this. Luckily I chew my food this could’ve killed me. At least they could’ve been more regretful or apologetic but these days no one cares. Back to preprepping my food

Very rude service just because I was online with church services. Gladly speed my meal just reluctant took my order. I was given a 20 minute wait. No problem. Hence a parked at WallMart a d cancelled. The same lady was barking on the phone. I explained to the owner I'll wait for Coney Island to open. She wanted to chastise me the customer
Food wasn’t as great as everyone said it was. Nothing I would say “this is a place to go back to.” We did get the fudge brownie and that was the best part. Our waitress was MIA. Thankful for Jasmine, who was busy serving her guests and taking care of everyone else’s too. Jasmine is the gem of this place for sure. Other servers weren’t interested in doing more than taking your order and giving you your bill. Jasmine got the tip for the day.
