I never leave bad reviews. But today I need to make a point. Went early this morning for my daily coffee at 7:30am. "Espresso machine down for cleaning". Peak coffee sale time seems like a bad time to be doing that. But ok, I'll come back later. 1:00 pm... I call ahead to make sure they have espresso. "Yeah we have espresso now." Cool... get to the drive thru, "I'm sorry but the espresso machine is down for cleaning." So I said that I had called ahead and was told they DID have espresso. The girl says "Hang on let me check on that." I wait about a minute, and she comes back on to ask me to pull up. At the window I got told ONCE AGAIN that the machine is down for cleaning. I double checked the phone number to make sure I called the correct store. And YES I DID! Yes, it's just coffee. My issue is about lying to your customers. Ill be visiting the state street location from now on.
This is the absolute worst locations ever, they can never get an order correct. Can’t even toast a bagel. Will never spend my money there again!
My wife and I stopped in to get her just a cup of coffee at 9:50am through the drive-thru. At one point there were six cars ahead of us and the line did not move for 8-10 minutes. We got so upset, she went in to get coffee took 3 minutes AND the line moved 1 car. Unacceptable, we were FINALLY back on Gratiot Rd by 10:15-10:20. Never going to that location again. I was almost late for work.
This is just completely ridiculous. I can't seem to understand why they would actually be okay with serving a "grilled cheese" like this. Paid money just for bread and cheese slices. Quality has really gone down hill I guess.
I do not understand why the Lobby doesn’t open until 8:00 AM. I don’t want order a dozen doughnuts ? from the drive through.
Waited for 20 min for my food. Absolutely ridiculous. Very disappointing!!! Lost my order and had to wait another 10 min. And didn't even offer anything free for there mistake.
Kind of slow, but has greatly improved as of late. Always get a 10 box of assorted timbits, usually always good. There's a lady there, probably in her mid 40s who is always super nice too me.
Great place to catch up with friends. Good coffee of course and relaxing seating.
Made my coffee correct. The girl taking my order was rude. It was quite obvious that she didn't want to be there. They were all out of Stevia. But the guy who handed me my coffee was very nice, polite and professional. Made up for the rest. He gets 4 stars.
