I’m a barista, ik how things are supposed to go. be kind, answer the headset within 4-5 seconds, and get orders correctly! customer service needs to be worked on.

The timbits were decent however our drinks were so sweet that they were undrinkable until milk or water was added… a waste of $15

Not happy with this visit , I was the only one In the drive thru. Probably 3-4 cars in the parking lot, & I ordered a grilled cheese Panini meal(#6). I got my drink first, & then waited 5-7 minutes for my sandwich and it came out looking like this.... Cheese was cold. Bread was soft, not even toasted like a panini should be. Just disappointed because this was supposed to be lunch but I'm not going to eat cold cheese with soft bread... Hopefully next time I come back it will be better. Good service, just not a good outcome.

Order Oatmeal online. Got to Tim Hortons and was informed they were out of the oatmeal. They REFUSED to give me my money back. I was told my only choice was egg white bites. Criminal! I will not be back.

This locations customer service is HORRIBLE.the people working the speakers are so unbelievably rude that it makes me want to drive farther to another location. Today I literally got cut off with my total before I was even done ordering and I was so upset I ordered what I didn’t even want just to get out of that drive thru. Unbelievable. Someone needs to fix this. I work in customer service and NEVER would this behavior fly at my store.

Absolutely delicious as always. The donuts are always fresh. The sour cream and cream filled are my favorite. The cream filling is so smooth and there's plenty of it! Not those awful dry donuts with hardly any filling. And I'll take a mocha ice capp over a Starbucks frapp any day. You just can't go wrong here. Or at any Tim's tbh.

Ordered coffee today when I drove up to the window and gave the employee my card. She then said we’re only accepting cash she then closed the window and shrugged her shoulders at me. When my drink was sitting in front of the window already. She should of gave me my drink it’s not my problem their machines don’t work and she is going to throw the drink away anyways. Very rude she was a older lady with a short hair cut.

Very pathetic excuse for a restaurant. I watched at least 15 orders get made and sent out to the drive thru before I got my order that I came in to make. Waited close to 30 minutes for food. Had the people making my food ask me what I ordered multiple times and they still didn't give me the right food. When I tried to get it corrected, they said that I was getting more for my money. I didn't want a deal, I wanted the right food. What a joke of an experience.

The Tim Hortons app showed this store as open until 6PM on Sunday, February 13th. Placed an order at 5PM on the app, instantly got charged. Went to store and got there at 5:05PM, nobody answered at window. Went to next window after waiting for 5min and waited 2 more minutes and then honked. Store was empty inside. Contacted support to get my money back and all they said was that they’d report the store to corporate. Avoid ordering ahead at this store. Staff seem to leave store whenever they feel like it. They could have at least put up a note.

More than half the time, these guys screw up my coffee. I have made the mistake of ordering at least 4 times in the past month only to get 15 mins away and find that my coffee had either sugar in it, or is missing the extra shot of espresso, I love Tim Hortons coffee but this place should not be allowed to serve it.If you must eat or order coffee here, I would recommend going inside where you can watch them before they screw up your order.This is the worst Tim Hortons I have been to out of 40 in the past 3 years or so.
