I called just before 2 pm July 9, 2022 to ask if the dining room was open. She said yes. I arrived 43 minutes later and it was closed. I called and told her this. She said, "that was 43 minutes ago." She was polite, but I think all Tim Hortons in Saginaw are owned by the same people, and I'm disappointed that they don't tell to their staff how omitting this information can inconvenience customers.

Horribly slow and always getting orders wrong.

I have been coming to this place daily since it has been open. Over the last year it has been complete garbage. Current hours are wrong, the employees open the store whenever they feel like it, several times I have been there are 30 minutes after they "open" the drive-thru states.. "we don't have anything made, we can't fill any orders"...

Waiting 10 minutes the line never moved. The speaker doesn’t work at both Saginaw locations.Lobby not open till 10.00. The service is slow and disappointing. 20 years not going back

I assume this is the only Tim Hortons within miles? I didn't have a bad experience and I think everyone loves this place due to how many people were going through the drive thru. They had my cravings and it was really great tasting. The staff were friendly and welcoming! Unfortunately, the didn't have normal donuts at the time. They only had paczki's but that wasn't too bad either!

Iced capp was great, 20 pack of assorted timbits were mostly sprinkle ones and not a variety. Three stars is for the 20 minute wait through drive through, and there was only 4 vehicles in front of me! When I pulled up to the pay window, the gentlemen at the register was professional, but the other employees sounded like they were goofing off and laughing, and from what I could see they were just standing around inside....most likely the cause for the ridiculous 20 minute wait. I will avoid this location if I'll be going near a different one.

Okay if you haven't yet tried the Homer Simpson donut here or any of the greatest timbits in the world we are gonna have a problem ?? love it here and that oreo ice cap will forever be my go too place

Maybe change your signs if you plan on not opening your lobby for the day.

I generally do not have any issues with this place, but today was a different story. First the woman in the drive through taking my order was extremely rude. I was placing my order and she says loud enough for me to hear through the speaker "Oh my god", because I ordered more than just a coffee and donut? Okay. Next, I go to pay and hand the woman a $50 bill, and ANOTHER comment is made "Ughh big bills first thing in the morning". My bill was nearly $20. Then to top it all off, I didn't even receive my full order that I paid for in that inconvenience of a big bill. This place is extremely unprofessional. I will go take my big bills somewhere else from now on.

I usually stop there after work every night for food because I like Tim Hortons menu. But tonight at 540 pm I asked for the soup of the day, they were sold out. No big deal. I then asked for the turkey bacon club combo. And a new voice comes over the intercom and says I'm not serving food tonight. She said her name was Leslie the assistant manager.. Even though this location closes at 8. Needless to say I'm not going to waste my time in a drive through not knowing if I can even order so I'll spend my money else where
